Trump’s executive orders raise concerns over presidential power

Democrats and several Republicans have raised concerns over the four executive orders extending COVID-19 economic relief President Trump signed Saturday. Democrats called them unconstitutional and ineffective, some Republicans said they prefer that Congress legislate on these issues and not the executive branch.
