Be'lakor will always be my number one favorite melodic death metal band, no matter what. Every single song they write touches my soul in a way that just cannot be compared to any other.
I disagree with that not fact really false all sounds like nothing different it's not music it's static most people don't know music has to be 528 or 444 hertz to be music any thing else is static it's true proven in 2014 only one American guy has music at 444 hertz country music and singer so he is the only guy on earth to count period from Marcus in australia no like needed or like.
5:42 Man, you guys are way too good at creating such beautiful and meaningful riffs, accompanied by absolutely amazing lyrics. Very impactful moments and feelings are woven into your songs. I deeply admire you as artists.
I know I am a few years late to the Be'lakor scene, but man I am glad I found you guys. Your music is so deep on so many levels. I love the lyrical style, especially this song. This song helped me face reality when my father died. It painfully reminds me of our last year together, torn apart by stubbornness after a huge fight on fathers day. When the time came a year later and we found out how much little time he had left, there was not enough time to mend the wounds. Your music has helped heal me emotionally from that wound. Thank you for what you do.
Be'lakor I would like to extend my thanks to you guys. I used to be a big fan of metal, especially melodic death from 2003-2010 during which time I amassed a large library of all the great albums of that period along with many of the great albums extending back to the formative years of many the metal sub genres. Sometime after I reached my 20s my active listening to what was being released in the metal scene began to fade, however my taste for the music never dwindled. It was only this year that while revisiting my old collections, I decided to look up some of the old reviews for some of the early 2000s albums I loved just for fun and I came across a comment describing your band as a breath of fresh air and ingenuity in Melodic Death. Those comments were spot on and actually an underrating. Thank you guys, I will be getting all the albums you have put out previously for sure as you guys have definitely reinvigorated me to actively listen to you as well as catch up to all the albums that the bands I used to love have put out in the past 6+ years. Peace friends from a new fan. Im expecting big things from you guys onwards and I know you wont disappoint, lol you already gave me more than I expected upon my initial listens. Thanks!!
***** Salaam bro! and lol I actually live in the USA born & bred while my parents are from India but my profile photo might have had you thinking I was middle eastern lolol. But either way thats whats up that you like Be'lakor and are from the middle east as well! Keep Rocking on!!
Muzzammil Syed Do you actually think Be' lakor is remotely interested in your muslim lifestyle, islamic teachings and the number of times you bow in front of your god everyday? To support someone who doesn't like your beliefs - wouldn't that be going against your faith?
I'd know that I've found my wife in the woman that could genuinely appreciate music like this right alongside of me. Jamming out to this while driving...I'd put a ring on that. Love this music Be'lakor!!
I’m sorry belakor I’m broke Now but when I get some disposable income I’m buying every cd and a few shirts. I love the way your music has healed me in dark times and I just truly appreciate it thanks!
Bone chilling melodic touching music.... Please Be'lakor keep making this music I have never heard anything like this ever! And the fact that the lead singer George is a Greek to come up with such brilliant music is astonishing
My beloved part is from 2:44 to 3:13. Ok I have to confess it's a lie... It's from: 0:00 to 8:58 And the worst part of the song is 8:59.. How they have done this to this song... For the next songs they should think to the end about such parts in a outstanding masterpiece.
+belakorband :( Where's your new stuff guys? I listen to all of your songs, the only band who i have ever found where i like all the songs, and i cant wait to get more!
This is a production of greatness when Melodic Death metal combines with influence of Doom Metal ! Absolutely great work guys an album made 2012 but i am here until this very day to witness that greatness again ! \m/ Be’lakor \m/
I love these forms of death growls. I can't handle the screaming ones. But I love the balance of the classical tone and the metal symphony. It adds a nice rhythm. Love the album artwork, too!
So I never quite got the ending. What happend to the people of the village between the youths department and return. He was gone for a year, no more, what could have wiped out his people completely? I want more Belakor stories :(
Many of the bands I listen to has some iconic sound for where they're from. It's culture. I mostly listen to scandinavian bands, a few from western Europe and quite a few from Finland. Most of times you can hear where they're from. They I stumbled upon Be'lakor. I try to listen where a band is from before I decide to look them up on wiki or something, but oh boy Be'lakor was quite a hard nut(osmium nuts if I may say so). It fitted right in my taste, looked em up and... Australia? Really? Awesome! Now I have another reason to visit this epic continent!
I wonder what comes first, the music or the lyrics? The storytelling in its narrative is very eloquent and captivating. The music is both very heavy and melodically mesmerising. Both are too well crafted to have to subordinate to the other. Yet, who has followed whom?
i have never felt so emotionally attached to a song, incredibly profound and riveting. People usually dismiss this kind of music, and ill admit alot of it can be technical and devoid of true emotion, whereas this song actually fucking blew me away like no other has before.
Over the last few days I have been listening to A LOT of music (A large portion of it being MDM), and this is one of my favorite bands/albums I have heard so far.
oh my god, just stumbled upon you guys because of a friend who recommended it... it's AWESOME!!! i hope i can find your CD's in some store... greetings from Austria (as you should perfectly know, we're the ones without the kangaroos ;D)
Absolutely love this band ; ) one of the few bands that can bring a shiver down my spine with their epic songs !! Keep the good stuff comming Be'lakor!
Haha I was just Omegle and some guy told me to listen to you guys haha I love this actually makes me smile a bit. Its rather beautiful, and Im sure Ill love you guys more after checking out your other songs, and perhaps I might have to buy myself a shirt :D
Be'Lakor is a demon of chaos taken from the story line of the warhammer universe. Warhammer is a tabletop game, and source of countless novels and video games. Be'Lakor was the "Undivided" Leader of the Demonic Legions. You either worshipped one of the four chaos gods or be undivided(not pick a particular deity)
Wow. Great work on the album guys. Didn't expect anything less than superb! I saw you guys want to try and do some touring in North America next year. Hope that happens, cuz Chicago would like to have some masters of Melodic Death from Australia. Cheers gents!
I fucking love this band... Every single song is just so good that i keep listening to them!! Never stop what you are doing Be'lakor because you all are gonna be one of the greatest band ever!!!
This may come off the wrong way, but I've always thought of this album as "easy listening" death metal. As in I can be working or relaxing with this on. Then some badass riff like 3:40 comes on and it's energizing. I found you guys on Sputnikmusic. Keep up the great work. I'm hyped for the new album and I wish you guys the best.
Be'lakor, today this is the first time i have ever heard of your band. I found your music through looking up my favorite band, Insomnium, and saw that some people had mentioned your band as similar to Insomnium, so naturally i had to check you guys out. I just wanted to say this: Where have you been all my life? lol I will be looking for your music to purchase in my town when i have the money. I like everything i've heard on here. your amazing! :) -corey from toledo ohio usa

I listened to this band about 5 hours ago. I'm replying now because I passed out from amazement!
Most underrated band ever to walk on this earth.
5:48 is why I listen to Be'lakor
This couldn't have a better finale if it tried. What a legendary album closer!
That fade-out is so sad because it means this song is coming to an end. I want to live in it forever.
Ok, ta aí uma banda que merece reconhecimento

Still in my top 3 melodeath bands, even two years later. You guys fucking rock.
ok, im from Melbourne and just found these guys. from now on, im gonna be a groupie chic every gig. done.
LOL
Why isn't this band more popular? I demand a legitimate reason! :P
Those in Babylon have forgotten what music actually is...
This music is touching the soul
It's obvious, most don't like metal screaming (including me). And, even though I heavily like this song, the vocals just destroy it.
@@rossobrink8097 its just a style that either you accept it and enjoy after a while or don't... :)
@@rossobrink8097 From that point of view, an opera singer is screaming as well. But in the end the only difference is the scale.
this song gets me so emotional everytime, love your music. Cant wait for the new album!

1:49 - 2:08
I love this part so much
Now a man with nothing left, he turned back for the woods....this must be the most powerful lyrics line ever written
Μπανταρα ρε...greetings from greece
