First, to answer you question, no we did not ask for a different room (I believe this is what your question is implying, but please correct me if I am wrong). I do regret not letting the office know about these issues; however, I did kind of know what I was in for, and changing rooms would not have really helped in our situation. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES! If you didnt like the room, you would have changed rooms or requested a refund. No one would be stupid enough to sit around for 6 days in that one room. Love this Resort!
I have no reason to lie. I have stayed there before, been to other rooms, would not have really changed anything, they are all similar. We were using a guest certificate for a family members time share, refund was not an option for us, or would have done that and stayed somewhere else. It was the only 2 bedroom option left on the timeshare list when we booked that is why we stayed there again. In the end I did say it is a good place to stay for the price. I am glad that you love this resort, everyone is entitled to their opinion . Just sharing my opion and my experience of what happened.❤
