Even if he was not happy to work at Pullman, do you actually think he would tell you? What's next are you happy with your wife or something? Ask questions about services that the hotel provide, the food, the building itself. Please avoid personal questions to staff, be polite.

I always get Airbnbs and Suites that have awesome bathtubs and tell myself. I never take a bath I always take showers. I want to lay in the bathtub listen to music and chill for a few hours. Not once have I actually done that. every time the tub goes to waste haha
