I was born in the late 2000s, but in my country, most of the old 80s/90s cartoons were dubbed in the early 2000s. So I had the chance of watching Thomas the Tank Engine. Series 4 and 5 are my favorite!

Not seeing the Peaky Blinders theme ( Red Right Hand by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds) truly shocked me, that song is so mysterious and expertly written music wise and lyrics wise

I know this is about the music, but Game of Thrones has the best intro sequence of any TV show, and it isn't even close. The damn thing changes depending on what is in the episode, that is impressive.

It's a crime that Futurama not even King of the Hill or American Dad are on this list. Futurama theme was awesome.
Underrated Theme Songs that didn’t make the list: Top Gear and The Grand Tour. The original rendition of Jessica used throughout the era of Clarkson, Hammond and May on TG was iconic, and the theme song on their current show, The Grand Tour, is equally as good in my opinion.
Add Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D to that list and it's complete.

Never seen the show and never heard the theme tune, and I watch a lot of TV. I think Americans forget Seinfeld wasn’t much of a hit outside the US. Even in the US it wasn’t as big as later sitcoms.
Knight Rider, Magnum, and Narcos should be on the list.
Dexter should be in the top 10 at least. Making a morning routine of a guy so intimidating with the close shots, perfectly timed jump cuts. Man that intro is a masterpiece

@@deedeeen The Seinfeld theme could probably be higher, it's extremely iconic. But there are probably hundreds of theme songs that people would consider very good. So there was always going to be some great theme songs in the "lower placings". I'm not saying that my list or order is correct, but I do think it's impossible to make a list like this without someone thinking that songs are missing. Because there are way more than 50 amazing theme songs.

Yes, I know that. The songs were well-chosen; I acknowledge that. But do remember that you should only grade based on the theme songs themselves. Again, there are some underwhelming top ones, so it could benefit from some reordering.
