Based on abilities and skills, Curry is still a top 5 player in the nba. Problem is that none of teammates make his job easier and it’s pretty demoralizing for him. In last nights game, Curry only took 4 shots because Kerr wanted to use him as a decoy and Currys teammates froze him out. But in the second half, Curry tried his best but it was too late . It is what it is, the kings got their revenge . Good for them

Lack of play time for Moody and TJD (first half of the season) has been the biggest travesty and why the Warriors had to be in the play-in to begin with. Giving so many minutes to inconsistent Wiggins and Klay really cost them a chance to be out of the play-in spot.
Thing is they didn’t want Kuminga or Moody to be “the man” because it wouldn’t work in their run around offense designed to get the ball to Steph curry. They just needed those guys to be serviceable as role players so defenses would be honest. They’re going to try and bring in star vets not focus on young players.

I never made that claim so not sure what you're saying. My point was teams pretty much always act in their own best interests, and players should do the same. Fans get upset when a guy chooses to sign elsewhere in free agency as if he owes the team something. He doesn't.

Don't waste future draft picks to try to keep the dream alive. stay strong, lower expectations and keep your fans happy by keeping the 3 together. have lots of talks with steph next season and determine if you need to do him right by trading him, and loading up with draft picks and bench players.

As an opposing fan I was relieved to see how Kerr mismanaged Kuminga and Moody. They are very nice young players but unfortunately in a bad system.
I was just about to say it’s hard to say Kuminga and Moody have not developed into the players we thought they would. Kerr has something against Moody, to me that dude much like Kuminga jumps off the screen when he’s in the game. But moody has so many games where he doesn’t get to play period or gets used too little. Kuminga made a big jump this season. I see a lot of potential for the warriors honestly. Our mistake is having CP3, Kevon Looney, and Dario Saric on the team. Meanwhile Draymond is out of control missing 20 games this season and Andrew Wiggins missing a month randomly towards the end of the season. Maybe one of them needs to go too.

These Jokers are Crazy . The Warriors Dynasty aint over at all . The Warriors don't need to Break up the Big 3 . The Team this season had ZERO Depth and Key Pieces were Missing from the 2022 Champ Team .
The Warriors clearly haven't Replaced the Jordan Poole 6th Man Role . He was a Beast in that Role in 2022 . He Carried that Team so the Splash Bros could Rest in Games and close Games out alot Easier . Losing Iguadala's Leadership and Coaching hurt the Warriors this Season . He kept guys accountable in his Tenure there . Losing Ron Adams as Defensive Coach has hurt the Warriors . Losing a Good Assistant Head Coach like Mike Brown to a Rival Team as a Head Coach has hurt the Warriors. Wiggins really hasn't been that Great Two Way Player since 2022 . He has become a Head Case and Not reliable due to his personal Problems . CP3 was a Good Piece this Season , but his Load Management and Bloated Starter Salary just wasn't Justified on this team as a Bench Player . If he was playing for like 15 Milion or less I'd say bring him back on the Team . But not for 30 Million or more per Season. His Salary hurt the Warriors Depth options all Season Really .
The Warrors Clearly need Better Bench Depth , they need to convince Klay to sign back for 25 Million per Season .They need a Reliable 6th Man , and a 3rd Piece on the Top Unit . I say Keep this Team intact for the Most part . Get rid of CP3's Bloated Salary . Get of rid of Wiggins' Bloated Salary for a Couple of Solid Role players . Put Kuminga in Wiggins' spot . Trade for a Guy like a Alex Caruso to be that solid 2 Way 6th Man . The Warriors need a Player that Can Offset Centers like Jokic , Giannis , or Embiid . So bring in a Guy like a Myles Turner at Center that can Post up and Hit 3s well . Then go Draft a Guy to Back up Green so that if Green turns into a Head Case and Gets suspended again there's somebody similar there to play simlarly to Green.

Crazy things always happens in a season unfortunately. The Warriors aren’t good enough to win , they gotta take huge decisions during offseason and rebuild their team
Letting Curry-Thompson-Green ride off into the sunset on the Warriors roster will reduce Golden State to a lottery team in 3-4 years. Like Charles Barkley said, nobody in that group is going to get younger. You gotta shake up the starting five. Only untradeable person on that team is Curry.
Even then if your rebuilding anyways trading curry is your best bet. Hes got another 3 years at most and if he retires a warrior you miss out an a huge haul. Can probably get 3 firsts for him or a young star and 2 firsts which would jump start the rebuild. Would be the difference between having a thunder type rebuild and less like the pistons rebuild they would have if they let all their stars ride off into retirement.

Two more players 610 plus, Klay bench or trade. Trade a couple newbies, Wiggins out. Bigs with 3 point capabilities and inside prescence. Playoff contention a must. Cant go back, move forward. 20 per cent championship again at best.
There's another option: Trade the g(OLD)den state warriors core players for younger assets to rebuild for the future much like what the Boston Celtics did with Allen, Pierce, Garnett.

Im a Dubs fan, but not sure if they truly sincerely mean that they are still competing for a championship. Not with the players, but from the front office standpoint. When they traded for Chris Paul (nothing against the hall of famer), then Celtic Traded for KP and Holiday, uh.... thats the move from the Warriors? really? does that make you feel they are trying the best to beef up the roster? no! thats a money move for Klay's new contract, amd maybe extension for JK and Moode. Trade deadline, nothing. Then the Mavs traded for Gafford and PJW jr, what?! thats the move Warriors should have made. Then later, the sign Quinones to a real nba contract. Ahhh.... almost forgot, they were also not willing to deal with Anunoby earlier as well. So we can all see a pattern. And these things to me doesnt give any chills at all, that the org still want to compete for another championship. They want wait it out until after the Big 3 retires. 2 yrs extension for Kerr solidifies this intention as well.
The dynasty is over, no doubt about it. But whether to break up the Big 3 will ultimately depend on what they could get for Klay and Dray. If the warriors can get better pieces for these two that improve their championship chances, their management will likely do it, especially if Klay couldn’t agree to a much reduced pay package.
Maybe but he won't succeed in GS since they keep expecting him to be old Klay. They keep acting like nothings changed and expecting favorable results. If they used him as a bench scorer coming in and testing his shot. If he's hitting then let him run with it but when hes 0-5 probably a good idea to pull him before hes bloody 0-10. Kerr has too much faith in his vets from the dynasty doesn't seem able to judge the team properly.

The problem is Draymond. He is the most important player who helps and kills the warriors simultaneously. Uummm maybe give some of the others the green light for awhile, sometimes in order to see the play you have to be in a different roll🤔 not necessarily getting rid of players.
Kerr has trouble with that. He has an attachment to his old dynasty vets. That's how Klay can go 0-10 and still play for most of the game. That's why so many want a rebuild as long as the old guard are in place it will be hard to let the young talent make an impact. We could just try for a new coach and see if he can win with the roster but something definitely needs to change.
The warriors will be a top 6 seed next year. They were on a 50 win pace with full games Draymond played in. And that was with Klay struggling , Steph’s ankle, Wiggins only giving you 12 PPG, giving big minutes to two rookies. They’ll be fine.

Warriors are just so scared to let go of Klay Thompson, and also were so scared to let go of Draymond. This is like when the Lakers were so scared of letting go of Kobe after the 2010 championship. Warriors fans would have been willing to go through 3 or 4 black hole bottom and tanking seasons without 2 of the big 3 so they can rise up faster.

These people out there talking like the Warriors haven’t won for a championship for a long stretch… they just won it 2 seasons ago. Yes, the team needs some retooling to get to the next level of competing again for the championship but some tweaks required. Let’s not forget a few of the young talent will improve a little bit with this season experience under their belt. Then maybe trading Wiggins+pick for a better 2 way player. Maybe add some size.

Why so they can get flamed out in next years playoffs? Even with retools the team has insane turnovers, looks old at times and just isn't that great anymore. Klay can loose the game for them at any point, Kerr can't decide when to play who and counting on draymond is fruitless. Even after all his drama he still can't be quiet around refs and will only get slower with age. Curry can't be who he is without distractions to get the defense of his back and no one on the team has the presence to provide it. I can't imagine anyone wants wiggins and if they did they probably don't have a 2 way player that's better then him since they wouldn't need him in that case.

If they’re not going to break up the big three; Kerr has to start playing the young players more and hopefully they can become more better. Still won’t compete for a championship and the big three has to take less play to stay together.

Playing for fun doesnt pay the bills. Warriors are 1st or 2nd most expensive team in the league, and the new tax "aprons" put a lot of penalties on them. It would be morally nice to keep the big 3 until they retire, but I doubt it will keep the team profitable just on the names alone.
