I am suffering from allaergic rhinitis from last eleven years . And I also have asthma. It ruined my life now I got tired of my life . I want to die I am unable to sleep .i am unable to do other house hold chores .so this is really waste to live because I am also ruine my husband my children life just because of this illness can anybody help me t
