1:38 that's the immense power of the monolith! btw for those wondering, that psudogiant ate 86 hydroshock rounds also that "dark stalker" whos pestering rookie village can become a tacnician if you convince him to leave the sin faction
So happy to see you upload again. Was watching your first Anomaly playthrough while waiting for this.... OMG it's so amazing. Watching you freak out the first time you see each mutant is so fucking hilarious and amazing. I'm literally buying a pc because of your channel. I can't sit back and not be able to play this game anymore
Since your ammo count is always sitting somewhere between 1 and 0, you shluld considering joining the church of the 40mm underbarrel launcher. They can instantly kill pretty much any stalker and monolith drop tons of them.
I started watching you way back on the first GAMMA series you did. Now this one has come to a close. What an awesome ride, the content is truly good and has been great fun to watch. Cannot wait to see what is in store
just some advice for anyone reading this who hasn't done the cnpp yet: for this part of the game, treat ammo like deodorant. always bring twice as much as you think you'll need and that still might not be enough.
There was a hidden passage inside the cnpp that leads to the wish granter, but since you mentioned that you'll be playing the og trilogy, i'll just keep it at that.
Now you realize why I talked about the Num-pad ;) Companion behavior can change depending on the area you're in, but "hold position" and "hold fire" will always keep them stationary. Just toggling "(hold)fire" (Num 1?) is usually enough to micro your companions in more linear underground sections, like the CNPP. Yes, it's just one button and still annoying having to do that, but sadly nobody has been able to rewrite the AI so far. After Immortal Sin and Afterglow (which shouldn't take too long with your gear), you'll unlock UNISG and Sin as new game options. IIRC only UNISG has its own storyline, but I haven't checked Sin for a while. I'd suggest playing until the end of Afterglow, in the meantime thinking about changes you'd like to make to the modpack (if any), and eventually restart as UNISG with the updated settings. It's probably already one of the most requested factions.
Would love to see the other two main questlines, most people skip them. Also might be worth looking into ANTHOLOGY to be able to pkay the mainline games in the ANOMALY engine. Cheeki Breeki did a video on it about a month ago
As a personal suggestion, I'd advise to avoid bursting your friendlies heads open with 7.62. specially Strelok's. Loving your vids, looking forward to the next ones!
I’ve found that the best gun for long range in an unfamiliar, open environment is the gauss gun with that target location upgrade. Need no time to find the enemy. Don’t need to get them going to find them.
So what's next gonna play some mercs,UNISG or bandit's or play the Monolith faction? Or will you switch mods and play some Goldspheare(based on roadside picnic)Lost Alpha or EFP? Whatever it is I'm sure we the audience will enjoy!
Can you mount any type of grenade launcher on any of the shotguns in this version of this mod? 14:51 "Apocryphal" is an archaic term that means something to the effect of "heresy," but in this context, it means something more like "fake news." 26:04 There's a mission like that in the original Borderlands. 28:02 Why sell grenade launchers? Every rifle that accepts a grenade launcher deserves to have a grenade launcher mounted on it at some point. Or is that just my demented obsession? 40-mils are the absolute cure for pseudogiants. Also great against chimeras and psionic mutants with X-Men powers. Note: I first developed my "policy" of obligatory grenade launchers while playing Oblivion Lost 2.2 back in 2008. 40-mils were great against controllers and burers. Controllers in that mod were more challenging than they were in OG 'nilla ShoC.
"So many enemies in here" Me watching my First 50mt before Lab x19 Door( the One with the keypad which theorycally Will open without a code )and the 5 guys i have on the room After transitioning from bunker to the "Lab" and 25 ( they should not been here well not that many)more before the Door...not counting that i have 6 minutes to reach the freaking lever ti turn off the brain scorcher, and wasting 4 minutes of Psy protection Just to die at that damn Door.
Strelok jumping infront of your bullets is exactly the reason i never use companions and when i have to babysit Strelok i tell him to wait at the enteance and clear everything alone..Friendly AI is kinda dum in every game..I cannot understand why they don't make story related companions immortals..
I have the exact same sound problem caused by voicemeeter for other game or app, don't know if you use it but stopping to use it fix the problem for me, unfortunately.
I don't understand how your companions can dash into corridors fillet to the brim with elite enemies, but they survive it just fine - but then you hit them once and they almost get destroyed? BTW why Strelok is running around? Where is his gun? Why won't he just loot something and be useful for once?
Now you understand why I said check every corner when you're just getting ready for NPP. And those Monolith phasing through the floor? Yep, a lot more of them did that for me. About 6 of those on the upper level.
please do all the storylines, this series can't end yet man
Yeah, I wanna see the Mortal Sin questline ! Mine glitched at the end...
Same, but I was running regular Anomaly, and every time I talked to Strelok to complete the quest it would always CTD with no error report.
That moment when u sell attachments to Owl and not the mechanic… ouch, lost another 30-40k :(

How can you convince him to leave?

And bring plenty of AP if possible. We've seen how well 7.62 Ball does and it lacks a bit of penetration.

I did not expect that burp at 14:31 :D
holy shit...the burp happened AS I read this comment O.O

this is like how harry potter has 2 parts to the 7th movie
Today I was sick af, but at least this vid helped me cheer up.
Thanks
Last part of the CNPP lets gooo
NICE! lmao so amazing gameplay
25:41 there was a portal here in soc
When you do decide to play the original trilogy, highly recommend playing Radiophobia 3 for Shadow of Chernobyl, and Misery for Call of Pripyat.
Radiophobia 3 is a standalone game, Misery requires to be installed on top of the steam version of Call of Pripyat.
I am so happy someone else had blown Strelok away in the tunnels and I am longer alone in cussing out the old man!
I always bring my gunsmithing tool with me to craft ammo.. juz in case...
Almost 10k subs bro, gitiiiiiiit🤙🏼
Keep going great content and game play. Wrangler.
Gods welcome back man what a journey
Strelok sometimes is kinda protecting the monolith with his head 😂

Too bad it wasn't a tactical shovel

Goldsphere is good, but has some obtuse mission logic that would be better introduced via OGSR or Lost Alpha
I'm sure you'd love for him to play the monolith faction you dirty fanatic

Been waiting for this 🙌🙌🙌
I wish they put those Sin shields onto your team mates for this

I got question; are you gonna do other 2 storylines? I realy enjoy yours viedos and im waiting for more great content from you.
the belch got me
You somehow make the zone a bit more accessible, and that has nothing to do with disabling the brain scorcher.
Companions will turn of their flashlights if you put them in stealth mode
MORTAL SIN PLEASE!!!
Goo mortal sinnnnn yaayy
They companions play so weird sometimes they either in your way so you cant shoot properly or they just back of in your pov and get insta hs lmao
yea the ai companions are only really aggravating in tight quarters
I have the exact same sound problem caused by voicemeeter for other game or app, don't know if you use it but stopping to use it fix the problem for me, unfortunately.
5:18 🤣

can you do a video on how to updata gamma please
Do you plan on playing EFP 4.2? I saw in the discord it got released yesterday.
I’m sure I’ll revisit it, update looks good
mortal sin is cool if you want to play it
can't end things yet, play the Sin storyline
Now you understand why I said check every corner when you're just getting ready for NPP.

What u think is better ?
Gamma or EFP?
the game become harder...
because increasing difficulty❌
because npc like strelok✅
Man, you'll get a bit more money selling optics / attachments to technicians than to traders.

1 like equals one box of ammo for our boy
Mfw no Companion dont die mod
