Few notes: after u get hit the sound glitches. I believe with new update it was fixed but for the time being quick press ESC twice and it'll fix the sound bug. Secondly, u can go through those sphere anomalies in Limansk - those are technically Space Anomalies but don't do anything to u.
Also the Monolith on the MG can't really get off for some reason sometimes, they become stationary, hence why you could talk to him, and maybe what rouge was shooting at
I just keep recycling them when I return to my stash or if I’m overloaded. Then craft ammo at homebase. I have at least 2000+ backup ammo from each type I use.
Try repairing that Makarov PM you have in your stash. Worst outcome, you wasted a handgun kit on it. But if I'm guessing right, the quest giver needs it in pristine condition. Lukash usually asks for such weapons, I delivered him an AK-74M and a L86 A2 yesterday, both had to be fixed up before the quests refreshed.
If the companion AI breaks (won't follow, like Rogue did), just drop a quicksave and reload or transfer to another map pretty fast, because you're gonna CTD in like 5-10 minutes.
A zombie was behind Chernobog when I got close to the guy and kept on slapping him as if he committed a mortal sin for being existing. The quest was done at evening time and Night mutant addon was enabled.
So in my own GAMMA playthrough I've noticed that on several occasions certain "fetch" quests would bug out for me and if the same is happening to you with your Makarov PM quest the only way I've found to complete the quest is via the Debug Menu. (A fix could probably also be found within the GAMMA discord but I'm unsure of this). *update - nvm, had commented before you had found the PM, but know that this may also happen on occasion as it has happened to me before. 🤷♂️

I recently learned that you can shoot lights out in most buildings so it wont blowout your visual picture on your nods

Nevermind, looks like Mangun doesn't need it topped off. Just needed a different sub-variant.

Sometimes the "hit effects" mod under "Audio" in the GAMMA MO2 can cause issues and even crashes. Have you tried to disable it?
i just started a new Gamma playthrough on the hardest difficult, pray for me
