  • nearmap Full Tutorial @ BIM.DESTINATION. The best way to create mark-ups and begin your preliminary logistics in nearmap. nearmap is a great tool that provides high resolution aerial imagery maps and spatial data that can be used for creating logistic plans. nearmap also provides georeferenced images which comes with a file that contain coordinates. In this video I tried to review all tabs in nearmap and show you all how each tab can be used. One of the great features that nearmap has is the measuring tools all of which provide some initial insight on how fence placement looks like plus the installed linear feet for fencing. this exercise can be a preliminary effort by superintends to create their logistic sketch.

Hi there, you can go to www. Nearmap.com to start a free trial and see if the product is compatible with your workflow. The price is subscription based and varies ( personal vs business) between several hundreds to thousands per year. I would suggest use the free trial first to get yourself familiarize to the product then get a quote for how much data you think you would use.
