First i just want to say this cake looks so yummy.... I wanted to ask you how will you package these cakes im also having a hard time printing the letters not sure what im doing wrong but what the letter comes out small do i need to get larger computer paper ??
Oh sure, so all the packaging and box dimension are located on my blog, along with the boxes I usually buy to fit these cake boards. As for the print, it's hard for me to say since I can't look at your setup... just make sure your print is at 100% and the letter should print on a 8.5x11 sheet all the way to the edges. If for some reason it's still not, you can try to mess with that percentage until it prints the right size for you. But you just need regular computer paper, no need to buy anything special. HTH :)
Yeah you can def make it the day before, but these cakes tend to get dry faster than other cakes because of their exposed sides. If you do make them the day before, I'd try to brush them with sugar syrup during the assembly to protect the cake layers a bit :)

Just until it's firm enough to pick up... since it's so thin it doesn't take too long, maybe up to an hour? It's much easier to decorate cold cakes and stack them than fresh crumbly cake :) And freezing cakes has no effect on taste and texture once it thaws.

Hello.. how big is a half sheet 12*18 or 13*18
Mine is about 13 x 18 but a 12 x 18 should be fine too - you'll just get a slightly higher rise :)
