Darn Jennifer, is there anything you can't take and make better, easier, faster? I love when the engineer in you comes out. None of these are hard, but they're so striking and effective. My style is usually the chunkier the better. But those are great for personally giving to someone rather than mailing. For mailing or giving as a gift set to someone your style is sooooo much better and way more practical. Thanks for encouraging me to go outside my comfort zone. And... WAY-TO-GO MAMA!

Are you able to mail your cards like this with the foam and pearls in a regular envelope or do you have to use a padded mailer? Could you just put a heave piece of cardstock on top of the front of the card inside the envelope to minimize the bumps from pearls? It has gotten so expensive to send a padded mailing envelope.
Beautiful cards! Thanks for the inspiration.

    • @jennifermcguireink

When I first bought Versamark many years ago, it was for its watermark abilities, not embossing. To get a good watermark, you needed to try to stamp in a slightly darker ink than the paper -- then came Versamark. Stamping on colored paper will give that subtle watermark for a fantastic background. Embossing with it was a perk! I had an embossing pad before that.I really loved how you used white on white before inking for such amazing looks! I'm with you: cutting up would be easier for me, except for the last one with the stripe masking. I must try these. Thanks, as always, for beauty and inspiration!
