투포케이(24K), ‘섹시한 사랑꾼’으로 컴백
강렬한 일렉트로닉 댄스뮤직(EDM)으로 유럽과 남미 지역에서 ‘대세돌’로 떠오른 7인조 아이돌 그룹 투포케이(24K)가 컴백 활동을 시작한다.
투포케이의 이번 국내 컴백은 정규앨범 타이틀곡 ‘빙고’로 활동을 마감한지 6개월 만이다. 이번 앨범의 컨셉은 ‘섹시한 사랑꾼’. 그동안 강렬한 EDM에 파워풀한 군무로 눈길을 사로잡았던 투포케이가 이번엔 부드러우면서도 섹시한 이미지로 돌아온다. 이번 미니앨범의 표제는 누군가에게 매몰되어 헤어날 수 없는 중독된 상태를 의미하는 ‘어딕션(ADDICTION)’이다. 타이틀곡은 트랜디한 퓨쳐 베이스 사운드를 기반으로 한 하우스 EDM곡 ‘너 하나면 돼’이다. 투포케이 리더 코리가 작곡하고 멤버 정욱이 작사한 이 노래는 치명적 사랑에 빠진 남자의 순정적인 심정을 ‘너 하나면 돼’라는 압도적이고 함축적인 단어로 표현한 곡이다.
타이틀 넘버 ‘너 하나면 돼’가 강렬한 느낌을 던져준다면 수록곡 ‘Been you’는 헤어진 연인를 그리워하는 아련한 패드사운드의 발라드 곡으로 이별의 아픔을 겪어본 사람이라면 누구나 공감할 수 있는 노래다. 세련된 사운드에 애절한 가사가 귀를 사로잡고 있어 이지리스닝 계열의 음악을 좋아하는 사람들에게 추천할 만한 곡이다. 빅스의 엔이 주연을 맡았던 웹드라마 ‘투모로우보이’의 OST-DO IT에 참여했던 YANG D가 작사 작곡한 노래다.
이번 앨범 역시 투포케이 멤버들이 타이틀곡 ‘너 하나면 돼’를 작곡부터 안무, 믹스 마스터링 작업에 이르기까지 모든 것을 소화해내며 아티스트로서의 면모를 과시했다. 뮤직비디오 전문 제작프로덕션인 자니브로스의 홍원기 감독이 연출한 뮤직비디오는 섹시한 안무와 다채로운 색감을 조화시키며 아트 앤 섹시 컨셉을 살려내 눈길을 끌기에 충분하다. 또한 이번 앨범의 표제인 ‘ADDICTION’과 타이틀곡 ‘너 하나면 돼’의 로고는 해외 공연 때 인연을 맺은 폴란드 디자이너 다니엘 자고츠키가 무료 기증한 디자인 서체이다.

Well I guess I came across as ignorant but I'm just really salty about 24K debuting in 2012 and still being unknown to most people out there. I understand I shouldn't blame the company as they might not have the resources to manage and support the group financially. I'm just frustrated about their talent going unnoticed cause they deserve so much more. Sorry for sounding like an asshole :)

Cory has the most powerfully gruff but beautiful voices in kpop. Also visually and vocally reminds me of chan from stray kids. I actually started stanning stray kids because they reminded me of 24k so much.

Jeonguk - he is the new Dance Machine after Daeil going on hiatus and he started to dance when he was 15 years old and by now he is very talanted and he does the choreography for 24Ks songs. This lil' bean is from Busan and he has a brother who owns a food truck named Holy Truck. Hui - Hui is the chinese member of the group who is very shy and awkward (probably because he don't speak well korean yet, he is not fluent and the members can have pretty fun at him sometimes, poor Hui 😂❤) he was with 24K during 'Hey You' where he was one of the masked members even if he was not meant to be one of the members from the beginning (thank god he is a member now) He ia called a grape fruit by Cory since their comeback with Still 24K because he had Violet hair and by that he looked like a grape 👀❤ Social Media; @24K_lianghui (both instagram and twitter)
Changsun - Was one of the masked members at 'Hey You' even if he did not join the MV, he was also backup dancer in 'Super Fly even if he debuted first with 'Still 24K'. Changsun is probably the most happy person you ever will see and he often get the nickname Sun, Changsunny, Sunshine etc. because he shines like a sun☉ He debuted with 24K by doing an dance audition and he graduaded University with a major in dance. Jinhong - The visual of 24K who was in the MV with 24K together with Hui during 'Hey You' where he was one of the masked members but he debuted first with 'Super Fly'. Jinhong is one of the maknaes (not the youngest, Jinhong is a couple days older than Hongseob who is the youngest) and he is very cute and does so much aegyo ❤ Jinhong is a former member of AA. Hongseob - Hongseob is the youngest maknae and joined 24K together with Changsun during 'Still 24K'. Before that he was also background dancer in 'Super Fly' but he also worked as a chef before joining 24K so he is good at cooking! He also graduated University with Major in dance and he dances like a king! Hongseob often use any kind of hats and nowaday it is pretty rare to see him bare-headed. But then also, let's not forget about Daeil and Sungoh who still officially are members of 24K even tho they have been on hiatus a while! They are still official members and even if they are not active in comebacks they are an important part of 24K! ❤

- Cory produce24Ks songs all by himself often, and THAT is what i call talent! Also members write lyrics by themselves and Jeonguk do choreography from zero to the end ALL BY HIMSELF! (before it was Daeil) like they do everything by themselves, this is all made by 24K and T H A T is talent if you ask me!
~ don't trust google if you wanna know more about 24K, this is a group you get to know by time and there are basiclly not a singel site on the internet that has 100% correct information, so please ask other 24Us instead because I promise you will get the best answers then! 😄

I don't know why but it made me sad they associated their self-producing with the reason they probably haven't made it big. In fact, their self-producing makes them stand out even among other self-producing groups. They said it was their intention to make the public excited in less than 30 seconds and they've achieved that every time. I just feel like what they need now is the exposure. They really need the screentime to show their own color. I'm cheering for Jinhong and Changsun on Mix Nine, hoping to see 24K perform together on a big stage.
