Thank you for this post. I had to explain this many times. Muslim countries are some of the safest in the world, Alhamdulilah. My kids go out more on their own in morocco than we ever did in America.

I am a Moroccan English teacher. A lot of my students are always telling me about their desire to go study and live in the US. Most of the time though, they share the same utopic view you talked about in your video. Some almost do not believe me when I tell them about things like school shootings and the high cost of healthcare, etc. I do, however, make sure I do not discourage them from following their dreams, and if America is a necessary stepping stone towards achieving them, who am I to tell them otherwise?
I understand I just try to tell them of the dangers because most don’t seem to know
you sound like a very good teacher, may Allah help you forward.
damn, for the first time in my entire life i see a teacher who likes anime!

I've been to where you are several times. Morocco is a great county.
Beautiful
A million thanks Erin for speaking up for 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸! 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Great video as that I'm gone share right away.
Regarding the shootings, it's in the news if you take the time to read them.
It's sad and unfortunate but nothing will change unless there is a sincere and strong will to do so...
Thank you! 😃

Hello!! You girls were so sweet! I was so embarrassed I tripped so bad but great conversation. Good luck with your studies!!
I would say that you have become Moroccan without knowing it, dear young lady 💖

We're bringing some things for you and the kids. Should be in Rabat by the 21st this month. Inshallah.
Thank you for that. This woman and her children chose Morocco to settle in between us We must take care of them as much as possible. Her children are our children and we want them to be happy. Thank you.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Aww thank you so much!! I hope to be back doing live streams at the cafe soon
I am a well traveled Moroccan-American. Americans are definitely hands down sone of the nicest people on earth, and Moroccans of course. More recently, Americans are discovering that the media has been misleading them for years. More Americans took to the streets to speak against the war than in any other country in the world. Those are facts that the rest of the world witnessed including the people of Gaza. Peace!
Thanks sister, Morocco is your country!!! Welcome home
Btw Morocco is the farest country from the middle east Morocco is unique it’s people and the architecture the layout of the cities beautyfull!
Bcoz we are no relation to Arabs in terms of ethnicity.
Altho we have a lot of illiterate and educated ignorant Arabized Berbers who have developed a big inferiority complex towards Arabs but still if you confront them they will sooner or later admit they are of Amazigh origin.

Hi Erin, yeah i have family back-home in Florida going through the hurricane, they're all out of Florida beside one brother who's ridding the storm, boy its something i don't have to worry about hurricanes here in the "Kingdom of Morocco" . It was constantly in my mind throughout MY LIFE,
(HOW LONG TILL HURICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND DECEMBER ),
the great thing about here is that we live in a Kingdom not a country, we are blessed because they're only few left in the world and only couple like the kingdom of Morocco with a blessed lineage of kings and the people love and trust their King. I am proud to tell all that i live in a Kingdom not a country and even prouder when i say "i live in the Kingdom of Morocco".
:-) IT IS TOTALLY SAFE TO LIVE IN THE KINGDOM OF MOROCCO :-)
Also you're correct , they are two types of cops the (city cops) and (county cops like the Sheriff's Dept.)
Have a great day
I would never choose the usa over my Morocco ❤. I'm very successful here and happy.... And ofc I know about the mass shootings at schools and at supermarkets...
Bless Islam.
Hallo from Germany and I am happy to see you walking near my appartment.
Welcome to Morocco, Morocco is a country of peace and lives in peace, thank God
Thank you for your video and enlightening people whose minds are blinded by media. Glad you are enjoying your new home: Kingdom of Morocco 🇲🇦
Morocco is a safe country, at least you will not see anyone carrying a gun goes out day and night and wont be harmed
All Moroccan people work as police men 😂😂😂 Yes, there are some young men who steal, but at least you will not see someone destroying someone's life in the blink of an eye with a gun if here if we see someone being robbed or beaten on the street, everyone comes to help me The Moroccan people are hospitable and do not accept racism Thank you for clarifying this matter. You have actually become one of us🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊 and your children as well

Thanks for posting videos like that a practice my listening and I learn some vocabulary

Regarding the Telephone building, in fact it is the original Post Office. Back in the day (up to 1999) the Post office was also the entity that provided phone service. It was the equivalent of the US Postal Service and AT&T (before the breakup) as one entity ,and that building was their headquarters.
Choukran. Thank you

Morocco is one of the safest countries in the world! Morocco is a country of coexistence and tolerance, a civilized and generous people (one of the most generous people in the world, if not the first) a people open to the world and to all religions, and this is due to the culture of immigration that runs in our blood! Moroccans are in all parts of the world (and this is the reason why Moroccans master the languages of the world) a beautiful country that has everything you could need, the desert, the forests, the mountain peaks, the snow, the beaches... the best weather in the world all year round!! If you want Alaska, go to the forests of Ifrane and central Morocco (Imilchil), if you want Texas, go to the south... New York, go to Casablanca haha...❤❤Welcome to everyone!😊
Thanks for all ❤

Most of the Moroccans that want to go to the USA are young people and behind that there are so many reasons like:
1- EXPLORING: the old gen wanted stability but the new gen tends to love exploring and are afraid that someday they might die in the same place that they were born in
2- ECONOMIC REASONS: this is all about opportunities because the USA provides more opportunities for the ones that are in the start of the journey and want to build their wealth
3- GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION: the unfair nature of the third word countries makes it impossible for the youth to live the life they wanted
Thank you sister good bless you peace and love 💕🎉

You’re one of us, and our right of living with us the same as what we’re enjoying as well, so let’s put this up simply for people to understand as long as we know from our religion that we intellectually know being good to others that they are reciprocally doing the same thing, and you know furthermore, that you’re never going to be hurt or at least from the ones whom are sensing love, intellectually knowledgeable, and religiously knowingly have it all; watching Almighty God and then doing righteous deeds, knowledgeable as well in many ways of life, learning and practicing daily, and in terms of every aspects and never going to be expelled in Muslim countries never ever, even though, your native country for example,.. pressing or tensing up on helping or assisting any genocide or pressuring our brothers and sisters, and kids are going through else where,.. but we express our voices for bad things going around in our planet we share together, and we love our brothers and sisters from every country to share the daily life with as much as enjoy to do the same thing in their countries,. The love of sharing as long as humans wholeheartedly love to spread, peace, love, and prosperity to every place or country you live in without prejudice and hatred,..😊
Central Bank not national bank. Central Bank is the equivalent of the Federal Reserve in the US
My beautiful hometown ❤️
It's ridiculous when people think muslim country = the middle east. Not only there are many african muslim countries that are far from the middle east (such as morocco, senegal,...) but there are also so many asian muslim countries out there ! (malaysia, indonesia,....)
In morocco i'm pretty sure violent crimes don't happen frequently since there are no guns etc. However theft can be frequent especially in some cities like Sale
It’s true though people in America are very anti Muslim it’s sad
but phone theft is very common, I avoid using my phone while walking on the street, be careful especially when you are not in rabat for example casablanca or salé.... @momof4vlogs
The problem is that in Morocco there are not many job opportunities, that's why people have a vision of European countries or America. Every country has advantages and disadvantages. In Morocco, since our resources are few, it is difficult to find a job if you are not well educated and have a required certificate. In America, there is work day and night, and you will be stuck in a cycle of bills. In Morocco, there is not much work, and you will live with your family in a cycle of unemployment. It is difficult for a Westerner to understand that in Morocco we do not have an unemployment benefit system or social assistance. In Morocco, we have the family, not the state. The state has limited resources.
Love you sister ❤

okay Erin ur adventure got me hooked and I've been binge watching ur videos these past 2 days.a friendly tips from ur moroccan viewer: I saw u in so many occasions mentioning that some items or services that you buy are expensive in comparison with the average moroccan earner. your situation is different and if you can afford it just enjoy it girl. don't feel guilty. a bad trait abt some Moroccans is that they are very judgemental (its okay Im waiting for the hate comments) and don't let that makes u feel bad or guilty for getting something that you can afford. and second thing is that jack liking tagger as his fav bimo and ur daughter fondness for cumin over her omlettes are just some Elite taste right there. Ps. ur daughter reminds me of my little sister that I didn't see for a long time since I moved to Germany so please spoil her a lot. okay that's it good luck with everything and enjoy my country (ps: Marrakech is more fun)
Thank you so much for this comment 😊 I always try to mention that this is our life here and I know most people here make less money. Because if not sad people call me out on it 🤷🏻♀️ can’t win 🤣
@@momof4vlogs don't let the feeling of wanting to integrate in the Moroccan society makes you vulnerable to these judgement. The majority showed you that you are more than welcome to be a part of society in Morocco so just ignore the negativity. be your own version of Moroccan since Morocco is about diversity at the first place, Moroccans are so wildly different in a lot of aspects depending which region they are from and obv their individuality. So live your life to the fullest and spoil your kids. And be safe out there.

I am Moroccan and I prefer to live in America, especially in San Francisco. I want to visit Anton LaVey's house. America is considered the best country in the world to settle in because it has a set of rights, good hospitals, good education, and everything is organized. It is the country of my dreams. You know that hundreds of Moroccans pay the American lottery to live there and many are rejected. Everyone loves America because when we were young, we watch movies. We love Americans and American culture. Morocco is also beautiful, but your account must be full of money to live well. Rabat is a safe city. Your choice was good that you thought about living in the capital. My greetings to you and I hope one day to visit your beautiful country
Your account must be full to live in a city like San Francisco I know a person paying 4k usd for one bedroom apt. Good luck with your dream I’m living mine ❤️

Morocco is a very safe country. You will never find people carrying weapons, beatings or fighting... Security is everywhere, but the thing I like most about their people is that they welcome foreigners and joke with them and they are not racist.

I’m Moroccan born and raised in Belgium we are the third generation and we are moving back to Morocco so many of us!!! The racism in Belgium against the hijab is soooo huge we can’t work or study with hijab!!! So many issues!!! The US shootings are soooo scary we hear about it all the time and the homeless issue and healthcare it’s insane
Morocco
Muslim countries like Morocco are often considered among the safest due to a combination of cultural, religious, and social factors. Islamic values emphasize community, respect, and hospitality, which discourages criminal behavior and fosters a sense of safety. Strong family and community ties also contribute to an environment of trust, where people tend to look out for one another. In addition, strict law enforcement and, in some cases, the application of Islamic legal principles serve as deterrents to crime. Countries like Morocco also benefit from political stability, which allows for better control over law enforcement and crime prevention. Furthermore, the government places a high priority on safety in tourist areas, as tourism plays a vital role in the economy of Morocco. Despite these factors, safety can still vary based on local conditions such as political or economic changes but still Morocco compared to other Muslim especially african countries it is the safest
Capitale ok magnifique 😅😅
