Father MOMOTARO ♂(2000/7/3)
He is hesitant in new situations and is a loner.
His father died before he was born, and he had never spent time with a silverback.
He had already turned into a silverback by the time he was 10 years old.
He is struggling with unfamiliar child-rearing.
MOMTARO's father is BIJU.
MOMOTARO's mother is MOMOKO.
Mother GENKI ♀ (1986/6/24)
She is 14 years older than Momotaro and has a role to support the whole family mentally.
She has had a tumultuous and eventful life.
She has returned to her birthplace, Kyoto City Zoo.
She had never been blessed with a baby but after meeting Momotaro,
she had two sons.
She is a very maternal female gorilla.
GENKI's father is MAC.
GENKI's mother is HIROMI.
First son GENTARO, male (2011/12/21)
He was separated from his mother Genki soon after he was born.
Genki's milk production was not very good.
He was raised by his keeper for his first10 months.
Because of this, he is very fond of humans.
His face is so expressive, and everyone enjoys watching him.
Second son KINTARO ♂ (2018/12/19)
He is just very strong-willed and independent.
He has big eyes and long eyebrows.
The way he plays a lot with his brother Gentaro is
makes everyone smile.
We can't wait to see what kind of gorilla he'll become!

Playful Kintaro! Naughty Kintaro! He is one adorable and energetic little gorilla. But stealing mama Genki's leaves is a big no-no. Good thing he has big brother Gentaro to play with and get out all his excess exuberance. Had to laugh when he stopped playing with Gentaro to pee off the rebar.
If mom thinks gentaro gives her a hard time she better be prepared for kintaro... he's very spoiled as he gets older he gets braver...

Ну теперь начнется... Если раньше Гентаро считали злобным монстром, теперь Кинтаро, судя по комментам, которые я прочитала... Люди! Не судите со своей колокольни! Они так живут, так общаются!!! Кинтаро хочет внимание своей мамы, он играет с ней, всего лишь играет!!! А что будет дальше, не наше дело, они сами разберутся между собой! Если уж говорить откровенно, то сейчас во многих человеческих семьях детки такое вытворяют над своими родителями ... Такое впечатление, что люди смотрят только эту семью горилл! Посмотрите другие отряды, и вы увидите немало подобных моментов (например, Рики и его мама Момоко, Энни и ее бабушка Нене)...
Чего уж обобщать и делать выводы? Что люди видят, о том и пишут, ничего страшного в этом нет. Эта семья живёт этим составом уже много лет и никто никого не обидел по большому счету. За семьёй наблюдают специалисты и принимают всё меры, чтобы не допустить никаких эксцессов, беспорядков между членами семейки. Всё в порядке и без нашего вмешательства. Я счастлива что имею такую возможность видеть эту милоту практически каждый день. Это здорово! Смотрите тоже и ни о чем не волнуйтесь, всё под контролем.
