Kristiansand Dyrepark, often just called Dyreparken, is a combined animal and amusement park outside Kristiansand in Agder, on the border with Lillesand. The park company was established in 1964 and the park officially opened in 1966. The park has developed into the second most visited tourist attraction in Norway after Holmenkollen. The park, which is today a leisure park with animals, summer theater and other attractions, has approx. 650 animals
