You may think modifying things is difficult, but just minor tweaks can work great for your face complexion.
Remember to consume plenty of water. Maintain a 1L bottle nearby and try to complete it. After it's done, top up it and consume another liter. If you can accomplish more, that's even better!
If your skin is really dry or oily, try using litlextra riceeberry face wash. Once or twice a day should be sufficient. It has black rice water which gives good glow to your skin.
Don't overlook to moisturize before bed, depending on what works right for your skin type.
Give to fit in some exercise, regardless of whether it's just 10-15 minutes. If you're busy working, walk briskly to the bus stop and back. If you can, utilize a treadmill. After, hydrate, freshen up, have breakfast, and begin your day.
It is important to remain happy and eat well. Choose foods like daals, spinach, carrot and orange juice, and yogurt. These are everyday foods that can help you feel amazing. And don't worry if you experience dullness during bad weather - it happens to everybody.
Little Extra Rice Berry face wash is very good and effective for all skin types. I have been using this face wash for the past seven days, and it is giving very good results. My skin is typically dry, but after using it, it feels great. It is suitable for all types of skin.
Just came across your videos. I am a Professional Aesthetician for over 20years. These ingredients are great for the skin in general, especially the tips you give with milk and the alpha lactic acid that it contains. Lactic is great its very gentle but its made of tiny molecules that can penetrate your skin nicely. May I suggest one thing here if I may? Coconut oil although great inside and outside of the body , it can actually be quite drying when used on the face. I would suggest replacing this with either grapeseed oil or jojoba oil..Both of these are fantastic for the skin with tons of benefits. Just an idea. Thanks for sharing your tips!

I used coconut oil in the past and was not impressed it made my face look, so I stopped. Fast ward 2023 I tried it again thinking maybe it was something else, and this time it was extra dry, and my face actual looked better before using it. SO, I'm convince it doesn't work for me I rather olive oil, castor oil and the others you mentioned they did an amazing job on my sick.

This sounds great. I have milk white skin except the neck area because I bike ride and it’ often looks red like a tomato. (I also have brown freckles) I’m hoping I just get one even tone.

I regret using soap on my face, neck, chest, arms and skin when I was younger. My skin is really damaged by it. I have been using liquid wytch hazel on cotton wool but although the one I use is an old brand which is relatively very cheap compared to the more recent brands that a lot of chemist's now tend to stock. So I shall definitely try this.
One problem is that when I shower, of course soapy water from my hair does go over the areas I don't like to use any type of soap on, but that can't be helped.
I did try the French way of patting moisturiser on damp skin but as I have aged I know those commercial moisturisers are also very damaging. Instead of helping they imbalance the PH so the moisturising effect only lasts for a relatively little time. This becomes worse the more commercial products are used.
I would encourage pretty young women especially to keep away from commercial, chemical products. They are made by companies who are owned by the same bankster families who own big pharmaceutical labs, and we all know about them. They like to produce things that create other problems so they can sell some other 'cure' or 'treatment' and make money. Seems to me it is the same with commercial beauty products.
Well many ppl use soap daily mainly coz of its benefits...gunning for more natural alternatives is good but not many ppl will try them,they'll just try the harder ways
You could try a natural hair wash that doesn't contain soap. I've hear rhassoul clay is good for washing hair. I'm gonna try it myself!
