    My son is just starting out on his journey in ballet and is obsessed with your videos! I literally had to steal my phone from him to write this comment 🤣. He is a beginner and only seven so he can’t do most of your exercises yet but that doesn’t stop him from trying! He is constantly doing planks saying you said it will improve his core lol. It warms my heart to see his passion for ballet grow every day. Thank you so much for being such an amazing role model for my little dancer! ❤️

    I really appreciate this video because I can do most “advanced” stuff but the basic promenade has always stumped me 😆

    Glad to see you back! Your splits video is the best help I have ever gotten for stretching. I have been trying for three years to get my splits and after watching your video it only took me a little over a week to get my plits on both sides. Thank you for the help!

    What should the male dancer wear for the pas de deux. White top, black tights or black ballet shoes or black top? White tights and white ballet shoes
