Once again another great review, i had that exact same catalyst jacket and bibs and i was unimpressed with it. Geat camo, and good fit. But it wasn't windproof. Even when i layered up i was still cold. As much as i want to like first lite, For me it seemed like it was a complete cash grab, every year or 2 first lite would come out with an all new version and discontinue the old leaving you wanting the new version. Thats why i switched to sitka. Their stuff rarely changes, cause they nail it right from the beginning.
Yeah I could see that. I understand it as a business having to come up with new items to boost sales. I agree though. It’s nice when it’s a great product and don’t need to upgrade.
In every photo and video the phase looks super green. Almost like the fabric creates a different colored pattern. Would be a bit off pairing it with a different specter pant

@@gshufelt09 it’s a little off but not terrible. The fleece makes it look a little different as well.
