We did a 4,200 mile trip last fall, car camping, staying with friends and Airbnb’s. Went up to Idaho and back. Nice set up and well thought out.

Thanks Mark! - We will be hitting Idaho on our next trip. we drove through but didn't really get a chance to explore last time around. The video is a little misleading we did hit some airbnb's along the way ! These road trips are my favorite thing to do. We have been looking for a 4x4 van for awhile and that will be a game changer. We will travel just about anywhere to get it ! im in PA and too many rusted out ones in these parts. We have never been to Texas yet. So much more to see! thanks again Mark.

@@dougcaye7786 The Airbnb‘s allowed us to regroup do laundry and things. There was one place in Utah that was off the grid I’ll put the link down below. I have a friend in Coeur d’Alene who has a Segway tour business or you can rent e bikes. If you plan to go there let me know I can get you a discount.

    Why do you avoid highways?

Thanks for checking it out Kyle- I prefer the less travelled roads whenever I can. Way less traffic , less dangerous for sure. We've seen horrific accidents over the years, and there are usually more interesting things to see. Sometimes it makes total sense to jump on 90/94/70/80 etc to make some time or when you're already in the middle of nowhere. And sometimes you don't have a choice, But I'll take a two laner every time I can !the Jeep likes calmer waters ! Thanks again for taking a look.
