@@violentscorl697 It's basically everything Atton Rand discusses in KOTOR 2, don't come at them directly, no blasters. You gas them, flame them, poison them, if you trap them in ways they can't deflect with a lightsaber it's really not too difficult
When a (Legends) Mandaloorian merc company that had taken in Jango were confronted by Jedi, he advised his brothers and sisters in a fairly similar manner.

Me and almost everyone I know who saw The Mandalorian trailer.
I too am WAY more interested in the Mandolin TV show than the Rise of Skywalker. The main thing Star Wars has been missing until now has been the lack of any live action TV show. I generally prefer TV shows over movies because they can go so much more into depth with charactors and world building.
Remember when Star Wars was good? I remember, yeah, back then I would've been excited for it.
Nope I just like the lore, anything Star Wars that Disney made can get thrown in a pit and burned.
Here's why you can't exterminate us. We're not huddled in one place. We span the galaxy. We need no lords or leaders so you can't destroy our command. We can live without technology so we can fight with our bare hands. We have no species or bloodline so we can rebuild our ranks, with others who want to join us. We're more than just a people or any army, we're a culture, we are an idea. And you can't kill ideas, but we can certainly kill you.

Jango Fett is from Concordia. He was adopted into the Mandalorian culture by Jaster Mereel, who was betrayed by Death Watch and murdered. Fett took his revenge, destroyed Death Watch, and led the True Mandalorians until his group was wiped out by then-Jedi Master Dooku at Galidraan. this experience not only motivated Dooku to start questioning the Jedi order, it also made him seek out Fett when seeking a clone template.
Fett, recognizing that Dooku was a Sith and anticipating that this clone army would one day be used against the Jedi, allowed his DNA to be used as a template, and recruited many of his old Mandalorian colleagues to train the Clones.
Lucasfilm's efforts to undercut the Fett fame and lineage by making them "common bounty hunters" won't change the truth we all know. the Fetts are Mando'ade.
Jango's sister also survived. She was in a mental institution or asylum in Coruscant. A jedi who decided to leave the order because it wasn't really good got her out of there. His name was Bardan Juusik. Joined Kal Skirata 's growing clan of clone troopers with their wives and even other mandalorians like Walon Vau, a former Separatist scientist. Bardan became a Jedi Mandalorian or force wielding one since he was no longer that.
Agreed. Far as I'm concerned, the Fetts (especially Jango) will always be Mandalorians, whose lives and experiences were the bedrock upon which Mandalorian culture was based.

Mandalorians: second only to the jedi (and even THAT is debatable) and one of the few fighting forces better than the clone army
Consider all the clones were cloned from a Mando and the Commandoes were actually trained by Mandos, I'd agree.
In legends Clones army was technically a 2.0 Mandalorian army.

I fell in love with the original mandalorians from Republic Commando
But the point was that mandalorians don’t judge an entire group. Bardan and Etain were made mandalorians, so was Scout (according to Karen). And in the end, delta and omega didn’t serve Jedi, they did their duty until they could safely leave.

As a Scandinavian I feel sort of the same way. We were Vikings once. Feared for our martial prowess, few stood a chance when facing a Viking invasion. But may I inquire you to do a revised version, where you portray the much richer and greater Mandalorian culture of the EU instead of the current canon?
You could cover the Resol‘nare (six tenets of Mandalorian life), the Civil war between Jaster Mereel‘s Supercommandos and the Death Watch under Tor Viszla, the beautifully constructed language and so on.
Mandalore has much deeper and more meaningful history than current canon may let you think

Mandalorians: The Space Spartans
There's no mention of the mandalorians being originally a race, no mention of the Mandalore uniting the clans to end their warfare, and as far as I recall, the mandos didn't go out into the galaxy and clash against the Jedi out of their own volition, but because Qel-Droma and the Krath used them as their arm in the Great Sith War. The Jedi/Mandalorian rivalry started there. Didn't go on after the recap jumping to "the waning days of the republic." No mention of the Sith Wars or the Mandalorian Wars.
I remember suggesting this in one of your early videos. So glad you finally did it!

Reminds me of a character I played in Star Wars D20 (tabletop roleplay). A wookie. Who ended up adopting Mandalorian ideals and more importantly their armor. A 1,80m Mandalorian in armor is intimidating. A 2,30m one is utterly terrifying.
Loving that ending, calling out Jango Fett as a fraud and Djin for upholding the true Mandalorian Creed.

Great video as always, but why no mention of Beskar and Mandalore's mask? It's a pretty cool piece of lore and would fit nicely in describing why Mandalorians were so effective fighting the force users. Especially the influence of Revan on modern Mandalore

You forgot to mention the fact that the mandalorians were originally taung that lived on Coruscant before humanity pushed then from their home and they had to find a new home. Also before the Dark Saber, Mandalores Mask is what signified Mandalore. Whoever claimed the mask ruled the people.

Jango Fett was a renowned Mandalorian bounty hunter, assassin, mercenary, and the "father" of Boba Fett, a genetic clone of his, whom he raised as a son. A Human from Concord Dawn, Fett was adopted by Mandalorian warriors following the murder of his parents and the disappearance of his older sister.
Concord Dawn was an agricultural frontier world in the Mandalore sector of the Outer Rim Territories. The planet had strong ties to the Mandalorians; its population shared many Mandalorian values, and genetic markers specific to the natives of Concord Dawn were present throughout the Mandalorian populace. Concord Dawn was a flashpoint for the Mandalorian Civil War.
The Mandalorians were a nomadic group of clan-based people consisting of members from multiple species and multiple genders, all bound by a common culture.

I still think its BS that Jango and Boba Fett were removed from cannon as Mandalorians and placed into legends. Honestly Karen Traviss in her Republic Commando series did them more justice and should have been used in the clone wars series. Efing Dikutes.

@@orbaitv5991 Ironic really, Disney sets up the Mando's as neutered pacifists in the Clone wars only to go nope, the fans like it better in legends and so did a gradual 180 during the Rebels ark where the Mando's finally embraced again what they truly are. The scariest most lethal non force users in the galaxy and the only non force users to got toe to toe with sith and Jedi.
I would like to counter that, they didn't say Mandalorians were a race, instead of a culture. Disney has gone with that, and Lucas himself has said Boba and Jango are not Mandalorian (Despite having Jango speak Mando'a in Episode 2, and Boba understanding). They even have the pictures of baselisk droids, which are not Canon, rather Legends. It's a mix, avoiding the obvious parts the Fandom has come to hate more and more.
