These two and this show are ao underappreciated I can't...and the vids about them are so rare that seeing one in my sub box is lime Xmas so ty for this!! i haven't seen this show but this is so tragic and poignant. some thoughts: i love the full circle ending, and in general the way you highlighted ~before~ and ~after~ throughout this vid, like, thanks for the pain. i don't know anything about this relationship, but it's clear through your vid how tragically it ends, and i love that you framed this moment through the sorrow felt afterwards, and how you experimented with quick cuts/glitch effect to minimize the horror and violence of it, but also to make us feel the psychological horror of it for lucas. your sound editing was, as usual, impeccable, but i specifically really liked how you intuited when to highlight sound and when to cut it out (i.e. 0:47-0:55). i really like the sharp cut at 1:24 when he walks away from the punching bag, for some reason. and then the "why did you come here? i needed to see you" with all the parallels of them sitting out together in front of that trailer and then lucas sitting alone. you really know how to hit it where it hurts. even without me having seen the show! it's, once again, just a testament to how skillful you are at this, and your natural affinity for storytelling. this is some truly exceptional work from you as always.

Ever since I knew this was happening I foresaw the intense feels but oh GODDDD it was even more than I thought.. a 4 minute video first of all i'm still in awe you managed to make this?!?! well I guess im not surprised actually since you can somehow craft a masterpiece no matter how many scenes there are :P there's something about the title you chose that I also love ahhh. okay and the thing that caught me so off-guard with this video was all the voice-overs of specifically lucas in **that** scene- I didn't even remember just how broken he was when it all happened akkalsjdlkasd. okay okay OKAY let me just collect myself: these were the parts that literally BROKE me: 0:03-0:14: "What we had...was any of it real" from the first voice-over I just knew I would die. The first scene at 0:07-0:08 and Lucas on the bed at 0:11 really got to me. 0:26-0:31 WHY would you?!?!?! "Please" WHY 0:35-0:36 "like a ghost" the scene choices here kajsdlkadjklas 0:45-0:49 one of my all time favourite 0:57-0:58 **cries** 1:13-1:25 possibly my favourite sequences oh god the PAIN 1:41-1:48 really, really REALLY?!?!? 1:54-:1:58 my god, he loved her so much good BYE 2:09-2:11 **cries in parallels** 2:16-2:21 OH GOD WHY HUH?!? at this point i thought you weren't gonna use the **actual** moment but ..... i actually gasped and my heart stopped. 2:26 - end there is something so beautiful about the way you ended this. We honestly don’t deserve this video. It’s been almost 2 years now since this was uploaded and I still keep coming back to it on a regular basis. I think I go through a beautiful, cathartic experience every time I watch this :’) It makes me feel happy and sad at the same time, I get some sort of peace and tranquility watching this video. I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s one of my go to videos when I want to feel inspired and entertained. :) It’s literally perfect. I don’t know if I left you a comment before... The best video I've seen so far about them! I love them so much, they're one of my favourites, banshee wasn't the same after her death. If I can say one thing about the video, as I said I love it but I think you should've added also the scene of one of the 1st eps where we can't hear them but we see them talking and laughing, honestly I love that scene, but that is just my opinion ofc. I think that there might be an alternate universe where hood might have saved her and they left Banshee.Heist wouldn't have taken place. Neither Gordon would've have died nor Job was ever captured. Guess I just think too much.

I think that there might be an alternate universe where hood might have saved her and they left Banshee.Heist wouldn't have taken place. Neither Gordon would've have died nor Job was ever captured.
