I gave up dairy half way through November. My skin rash ( of 10 plus years) has started to to improve. I can literally see the inflammation line moving. It was very hard as I grew up on a dairy farm and love dairy products.
Thanks for sharing that even a food that is part of a diet can be too much. I am challenged by bacon. I can't stop and then don't feel well. I have to watch thick cream too. As a condiment ... great suggestion!
Great advice to check your heart health if edema persists. I found that when I didn’t have enough salt my edema was worse. Counterintuitive to what we’ve been told. I think it is also related to hydration. If you are dehydrated I think edema can be worse. I also use a vibration plate to help with circulation but also it just feels so good.

If the lady who had gotten sick and had to have the nyquil can see this comment... I am trying the experiment of eating the L. Paracasei Shirota yogurt (from Dr Davis's Supergut book) throughout the cold/flu season. We are only half way through the season, and we tend to get sick in the springtime, but no one in my family has come down with anything yet. That particular strain is supposed to increase your immunity against respiratory viruses. Maybe something to try?

I mostly use Himalayan salt and at times I will use sea salt or Redmonds, they are all good. For me in Canada BC Himalayan is the cheapest. I can get a big container at Costco and it will last me 2-4 months.

I have a paint brush and paint over my image in my mind. This helps stop the thinking and I fall asleep very quickly.

Just started Carnivore, my husband and I are on day 7, and feeling great! I lost 3 pounds. and anxiety has decreased 80%.

I do Apple cider vinegar also! It does help after a big meal.

I have started to add herbal tea to my water or ginger tea made frim fresh ginger.
I have MS and fats are important for me so i definitely need to try this. By the way I love the snoring 🤩😂

Hi Anita, love all your experiments! Just wondered - which do you find more effective? Lion diet or sardine days? 🤔
A 3 day sardine challenge cannot be compared to a 60-90 day elimination type diet such as lion. Apples and oranges with different goals.

Instead of percentages, can you show? Fat, protein, etc?
That will be a different amount for each person depending on their individual calorie needs.

I don't think I'm having too much? I don't know who Stephanie is or what the problems are. I eat about 120g protein a day, honestly not too much!
