No body nows when are they actually save and when is earthquake going to happen so, pls just be in a open area no matter who says ur save or not it's just much more stressless and that's the only think best to do after asking Allah's help in that situation. Dua does not change destiny !!, . Everything is Already written. The reason why we make dua is the same way why we turn up to work everyday because we have to work to get the money. What is written will happen but making duaa for that specific thing and acknowledging the power of Allaah. Allaah is not like the creation we can’t attribute him to things that are associated with Allaah . Surah ashuraah
