Parenting and trying to start a business must be so hard but May Allah make it easy for you guys and put Barakah in your endeavors. Also, recently I know brother Ahmed mentioned how Louisa was the one who really pushed him not to put music in the videos and I just want to say I appreciate that so much. Its so annoying when a song gets stuck in our head just by listening to it in the background for a few seconds. Salaam, I guess this message is kind of just for Louisa but I was thinking about how you guys joke about not shopping for yourself and like not remembering the last time you did something for yourself, I know you don’t show your full life online so I don’t know what else you do but I think it’s really important to make time to do things that are just for you, especially when you’re also a mother. It happens too often that women become mothers and then out of nowhere 5-10 years pass by and they realize they don’t know who they are outside of their identity as a mom, they don’t have hobbies and they lose parts of their personality that don’t relate to their children. I think it will be hard in the beginning and you might need to go out of your way to do it, but take time for yourself. Go do something fun that just you enjoy, and it’s not about anyone else. Don’t make excuses why you can’t, leave your daughter with Ahmed and do something just for Louisa. Maybe it habit atleast once every 2 weeks. It will even be good for your daughter to get to know her mom as someone with her own interests and has her own strong sense of self. Anyways, I wish you the best in life and I will make dua for you and your family ❤️
