I ACTUALLY GOT TINGLES FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!! ive been listening to asmr for a couple years just for relaxation not really for the tingles and for the first time around 5:30 with the layered unintelligible sounds I felt them all over my head it was so strange but I loved it haha

Still haven't made it all the way through this one, I keep falling asleep! I also have a request, I'd love a role play video like "taking care of you home sick", such as all the tinkly watery noises of making tea, essential oils, maybe reading out loud and playing with hair? All the things we love when home with sniffles during winter. Thanks!
For those people who don’t get tingles, these are some tools to help you feel them:
1. (Especially with ear to ear whispers) imagine the whispers coming from behind you, as if another persons breath blows on the back of your neck
2.Try laying on your side. This helps with visualizing the sound/someone’s breath touching your neck/head/back
3. Don’t go searching for tingles, or try too hard to get tingles. They come naturally and spontaneously when you completely relax and surrender.
4. Try making your room a little colder than usual. A lower temperature may help induce tingles.
To me, there are two types of tingles. Each type feels different. One type of tingle is more of a “chill” feeling that starts in your head and travels down your spine to your fingers and toes. Sometimes you get goosebumps. The other tingles feel a bit ticklish, and little bit deeper. More “orgasmic” if you will. Hope that helped! Everyone deserves to feel tingles💕

I also can recomend putting the brightness of your phone screen down. I aways set mine on the lowest settings. Cause bright light is not supporting your natural sleep an thereby tingles in my case.

If i get tingles, i get them from breathy deep in left ear whispers and they r ticklish. Just on the left side of my waist
You can't force it, some people get tingles and some people don't, it depends on your brain and genetics :)

Try using two pillows, one on either side of your ear with the tiniest gap for your ear - all the support, none of the ache

Once she started the unintelligible whispering I got this intense tingling feeling in the back of my throat and down my chest. It’s the exact same feeling I used to get when my friend would brush my hair during reading time back in kindergarten. I always get tingles in different places depending on the videos, and this brought me right back to when I was younger and gave me some real good nostalgia. So thank you Maria, keep up the great work! ♥️

My left side can very easily get tingles and idk why. Like I get tingles all the way down my back on my left side, so going from ear to ear slowly and blowing into the mic is AWESOME for tingles 🥂
