Why cant i use the split katana to lvl up toji mastery from 0 to 1 isnt it the first item though the game says to me every item i try is needed for mastery 3 how do i fix this

Toji has high mobility, he will be broken in pvp unless you are fighting someone with big aoe moves that can hit Toji while he runs around.
