Hi Chris. In your video you mentioned you were going to install the GT Power Aircraft lighting kit in a follow up video. You actually installed the lesser version in another video. I have both sets but wanted to use the one in this video if I could. The problem I'm running into is I can't get the lights to change modes. I can't even get the lights to turn off and back on using my TX16s MKII. The Rx is a FS-IA6B. I have a UBEC to power the receiver, and I guess I'm supposed to get a switch module that the lights plug into, and the module plugs into the receiver? I've not been able to find any info on how to hook these things up so I can enjoy the different modes. Got any suggestions? Thank you. I really enjoy your videos.
Read your write-up on the 450 scale in rc groups watched videos from the Miami vice era of you flying..lol! wow are cameras sucked back then. Then you had the 600, now 700. "These times, they are-a changin" :)
@@crmodels Ok so i'm on the fence of getting a 450 scale or 600 but leaning 600. Problem i'm seeing is finding a cheap but good 600 heli mechanics for it that will fit. I have a RAW 420 i just bought and i'm trying to keep costs somewhat under control but definitely want a scale. Hughes 500's are the only one's for me. Any suggestions?

When I had the GT Power in my Bell 212 I had it on a spare channel in my Vbar and changed the patterns with a flip of a switch.
Hi Chris can i ask ..... with the wood risers did you bolt those through the plastic risers or just epoxy them buddy ?
Everything screws or bolts in so it can be removed.

Oh I’ve easily built 30 scale helis now.

Is there an smaller size, or what would be size down to this 700…can you get back to me…I like to be around a bit less…in price
They make 250-800 size scale helis. MotionRC even has some ready to fly. Go check them out.
