What Budget do you need for this campign, do you think 10$ a day for 5-10 days can convert a product that cost 49$?

I think $10 is probably too low to get enough data. Generally you want to be spending enough to be able to get 2 conversions per day at your target CPA as a minimum. I'd probably stick with only 1 or 2 offers with multiple formats until you can get your budget up higher (around $50 per day).

I'll script a video about this topic today and record it.

This makes a lot of sense. A lot of people just recommend to use one or two ad creatives and let it run. But in reality this is much more logical.
Also how would you target already converted users to increase brand awareness? In my industry there is a lot of word of mouth (legal) and I have a low budget reach ad where I try to "remind" my users that I exist, I don't try to increase directly conversions, just that they remember me in the future. Is there any special strategy for this?

In my opinion, conversion campaigns still do the best job at generating brand awareness and "reminding" your customers, since even those that don't convert are likely to. I don't know your exact situation, but I would try and convert people in to a newsletter with your ads instead. This way you can email your clients/leads some valuable information about law changes or other relevant info once a week to keep you in their memory. I think you'd get better value for your ad dollars doing this plus, you get to track real conversions. This way you can measure the effect of your ads better in my opinion.
