That hilt is really bad with variance from hilt to hilt. I added more tolerance than I would typically and it still ends up like this on some of them. Great build!
Great work, dude. I was also wondering if you do proffie conversions Disney's Savi's Workshop lightsabers. I got one this April and have really been thinking it would be so much better with a Proffie and a neopixel blade.
I’ve never done it before, but I know goth3designs developed a way to do it and a kit for it. So I could do it… not sure I’m willing to do a project like that for a customer yet though. I’ll see about buying one of his kits and trying to upgrade my own Savi’s workshop, but before that happens I don’t think I’ll do any for other people. You could try sending it to goth3designs himself? Head over to his new website. Wow, nice job! Btw i was wondering, even though im not really in this sabersmith thing yet, but as far as i know, you can buy seperate parts of a lightsaber. Is it possible to create my own fully custom (obviously parts that match with each other) saber? And if it is, how?
Google search "The Custom Saber Shop" You're looking for MHS possibly? (Module hilt system) you can build to your imagination with what they have available!
first?

Thanks! Love your chassis designs btw, they are always a joy to work with. Plus, the nylon makes every install feel premium!
