I really hope it gets a new game.
@@fazboisproductionsfan same
@@fazboisproductionsfan the Japanese hate Punch Out so probably won't happen.
@@rustyjones7908 the Wii one wasn't develop in Japan
@@fazboisproductionsfan Yes.
What? Mike Tyson is probably the most memorable Punch-Out fight and one of the most iconic boss fights in general, that, combined with his real life status as a boxing legend, probably means he will never be forgotten
Me: mom, can I have Mr. Sandman?
Mom: No, we have Mr. Sandman at home.
Mr. Sandman at home: Mr. Dream
The problem with macho man and disco kid is that they spend to much time dancing and posing making the fight easy
the first fight in a summary: body blow, body blow, body blow
If there’s ever another punch out home I wonder what the other characters would look like updated. I hope that happens eventually...
It won't happen
@@lonrlolgaming4317 well nintendo bought next level games and mac is in smash
Piston Hurricane, Kid Quick, Pizza Pasta, Bob Charlie, Dragon Chan, Masked Muscle, Mad Clown, Narcis Prince, Rick & Nick Brusier and Mr. Dream will always have a place in my heart 😌
MR DREAM?!?! Do you want me to end your life?
Believe me, Pizza Pasta and Mike Tyson weren't forgotten.
I miss Hurricane, he was my favorite in the arcade game.
I miss Kid Quick, Pizza Pasta and the SNES Super Punch-Out characters.
They were charming on their own ways.
P I Z Z A P A S T A
We did get kid quick but I whole heartedly agree
@@JP-fj3dd Punch-Out Wii was supposed to have Kid Quick instead of Disco Kid, but because of the developers not wanting to make the game feel completely unoriginal, they scrapped Quick and redesigned him, naming him Disco Kid.
How do we know that? If you look at the files that correspond to Disco Kid in the game's data, you can see that the name of the files start with kid_quick and it's pure assumptions.
Truly an interesting story.
Sorry for such a late response by the way.
I did hear rumors that Pizza Pasta was gonna be in Super Punch-Out but they took him out and replace him with Aran Rya.
@@Adrian.R850 No Kid Quick was suppose to be in the game but they got rid of him cause the developers thoughts he was too generic so they decided to copy his info into Disco Kid's info.
I love how in Super punch-out it's just all of them

Disco kid is not forgotten TRUST ME
I like how the first 20 seconds of the vid is just "body blow. Body blow. Body blow. Body blow. Body blow. Body blow."
Disco kid got the grooves though. Plus he makes his fight really good with music
Dude, you forget Mr. Dream, the one that they replaced Mike Tyson with after the rights to put him in the game expired. You don't just *forget* Mike Tyson.
@@JP-fj3dd I meant that Mike Tyson isn't a "Forgotten" character. He's Mike Tyson.
@@JP-fj3dd Point still stands; If we're talking about "forgettable characters," Mr. Dream would be the one. The problem is, while, yes, Mr. Dream IS in the video, Mike Tyson is as well, and personally, I don't agree with Iron Mike's inclusion
@@nateduncan7939 he hasn't appeared in any other punch out games though
In conclusion, this video is about fighters who didn't made it into Punch-Out for Wii, and Disco Kid is simply a newest addition to the Punch-Out franchise.
As a Mexican, I think masked muscle was amazing
Same, mexicans should get more attention in punch out
"adios"
Alternate title: All the characters that didn't appear in Punch-Out Wii and Disco Kid
Ah yes, Mike Tyson. Clearly forgettable and not at all the one video game boss that struck fear into anyone who ever touched the NES Punch Out
Dude got mad skillz. Fast knock outs and great feel for your opponents. Nice work dude 😎
I feel like Mr. Dream is more forgotten than Mike freaking Tyson
One could argue that Don flamenco is more forgettable than iron Mike himself
i would say Donkey Kong is actually a forgotten punch out character
I'll never forget Gabby Jay, that "Yay!" is livin' in my head rent free
There are lots of characters prior to Wii who are forgotten. Though I would say all punch games prior to 2009, the one that has the most forgotten characters is the SNES version of Super Punch Out, but its predeccsors have forgotten characters too like the ones featured in the video.
10:32 holy crap they added a Twitter user in punch out
Ngl I’d love if we got a new punch out game with everyone brought back, I could really imagine Heike as a parody of a JoJo character
And maybe with that guy from Super Punch Out and Little Mac playable, that you could choose whenether both campagins, and before the final boss, you have to fight one of them
Gabby Jay is a valid choice here.
Disco Kid is hardly forgettable.
To some extent- yea sure hes hardly forgettable but hes easily the most forgettable fighter out of the wii title-
Well, maybe tied with bald bull? Idk
@@WobbleW0kNo bald bull is 2nd most unforgettable. Mike tyson is the most unforgettable
@@WobbleW0kplus bald bull appeared in all punch out games. Arm wrestling is part of punch out series he was Mask X. Punch out arcade and Super Punch Out arcade are the same game .
Nobody forgot Mike Tyson, Disco Kid, Pizza Pasta, Nick Brusier, Rick Brusier, Keike Kagero or Piston Hurricane
Now Narcis and Mr Dream on the other hand... Do they even exist?
They should bring all those fighters back if they make one for the Nintendo Switch
I swear like 80% of this video is just super punch out characters
