I like to use 80/90 differential automotive gear oil to lube the threads, it sticks to the metal and doesn’t run so easily plus it’s a high shear oil that does a superior job in my opinion… keep on rocking
What is the number of turns of thread for each die size (when checking the thread without using ring gauges)? I'm interested in size of: 3/4" = number of turns? 1" = number of turns? 1-1/4" = number of turns? 1-1/2" = number of turns?
guesswho kk I'm honestly brand new been using this machine two days but my foreman and fellow coworker's have explained that for 1 1/4 that if you hand tighten a 90 on it should be 3 to 3 1/2 turns until it comes off again I'm brand-new just hop it helps ya

In 40 years of being a pipe fitter/welder I never saw a brand new "screwing machine" as we used to call em,,,,
Honestly, who doesn't use the machine to tighten and break loose a fitting?
Does anyone know how to replace the jaws?
Does it work for 1.5 inch 6 meter g.i. pipe
