Man... Incredible stuff! I really liked how presented the whole sortie explaining everything that was happening and you were doing. Subscribed! Keep it coming!
quite an informative and engaging vid i must say, having those diagrams which show the strengths and weaknesses of the craft you are getting pitted against is greatly useful for those such as myself still fairly new to DCS especially in the Cold War setting. keep it up man!
Okay... This is an amazing video and format. I love your commentary. You're keeping it short and to the point and professional. Keep it up. This was awesome. Is there a good resource for finding out various pros/cons of various A/C?
Thanks i appreciate your words, i don't know if there is a resource (I'd assume there is somewhere out there) i just know roughly what each aircraft can do, knowing your enemy is essential.
The server just had a massive overhaul so I'm not sure yet, still getting used to the new system. But there are recon planes that find ground targets and mark them on the map, you could also just look visually in enemy territory (on their Frontline). Additionally there are industrial targets and depots which are vital to destroy for the war effort. These have SAM sits tho and are best approached with a group.
I got the track ir 5. And using the cap. Besides that I use Thrustmaster warthog with the thurstmaster pendular rudders. I really liked the comparison of the planes which you gonna engage and the side info about it. Love flying in the cold war server but didn't know the advantage from the mig 21. Thanks
@@mingmong151 3 weeks late to this convo but I also would recommend Track IR. i use its Pro clip which snaps onto your headset and its made flying in titles like Arma or Dcs much easier and engaging. as Tarn mentioned you can use the Cap tracker which has little reflectors you put onto a baseball cap. although I prefer the Pro Clip I will mention it is made of cheaper plastic and is wired, these can both be remedied with 3rd party track clips if you so choose however neither of these have bothered me or impacted my gaming much.

Well, you managed to kill some enemies and save the plane. That's a success! 😀
Cracking video
very competent piloting especially considering no head tracking. impressive!! good hunting to you sir
Mig-21 is a dog to fly and that’s why it’s great!
100% agree, flying isn't as fun when your aircraft isn't trying to kill you
good sortie. Nice roll tactic against the viggen

How do you tell AWACS to alert you within a certain radius? Is it just that server? Really cool feature
Wow! Just got the 21 yesterday, hope to do as good as you soon!
awsome video
very nice. just a newbie question, how to find the ground targets?

What's your hardware setup?
Nice video, you are not using track ir are you?
I'm not, my setup however allows me to look using mouse whilst being able to have full control
Alright, I can really suggest you to get one. Really a game changer for me.
@@tarnlicht3657 Which one do you recommend
