I’m so angry that no matter how hard I push it’s like my left arm muscles gives up midway through a bicep curl, and I just can’t make it budge. But there’s not pain or feeling of strain. It feels more like there’s no muscle there at all
Lower the amount of weight you're lifting the feeling of no muscle means it is not as stronger as you're other arm and you need to go down a weight or couple on you're other arm and work on it a lot so it can get up to you're other arm
It could be the nerve isn't firing/connecting properly. I don't know a huge amount about this kind of stuff but after a physio visit and some dry needling I've been able to use muscles that just gave up before. Nerves may be getting trapped and unable to send signals properly. It's been a game change for me. I think you should look in to it.

Dear people concerned of knee health: you don't have to drive your knees that far when doing one leg squats. Just put your back leg(the support one) elevated and with the leg that you want to work bend your knee by going down with your body and come back up by straightening your leg. Keep your sheen pretty vertical and you will be okey.
My preferred method is starting with my weaker side and using the same weight and number of reps with my stronger side. That way I don't have a feeling my training is ''disproportionate'' even though I'm aware I'm not going to progress with my stronger side. I still feel it's safer to wait for weaker side to catch up than to try and force reps or weight with weaker side, which usually results in compromised form. My biggest problem is inability to equally activate both sides when doing bilateral exercises, especially squats and rows. When doing split squats or one arm rows, I am able to perform roughly the same amount of reps with a given weight, but when I perform squats I feel like my hips are shifting to one side and I have to consciously engage the other side to a greater extent. I think my problem with rowing movements stems from the inability to properly activate lower trap on my right (weaker side). However, my right shoulder is much more stable when pressing unilaterally as opposed to my left. In short, muscle imbalances are weird and frustrating.
I do the same. One year later it hasn’t helped hence I’m here. Infact I think my left arm looks better then my stronger right hand even tho it’s weaker. No size difference but the muscle itself looks different like 1% difference with the muscle bellies when flexed.
My right arm is the dominant one and every time I do a workout my left arm never feels like it's burned out. I work it until I can't do anything anymore but it never feels like it got a workout, it's just tired for a few minutes. (And yes I tried to go with lighter weights for my left arm but it's just the same story)

I played a sport where I *lot* of throwing, so my right arm and shoulders are bigger and stronger than my left. Also for some reason my left leg is weaker than my right I don't know why. I'll try the stuff in the vid, thanks

I'm way stronger in my left arm than in my right arm. Even though i am right-handed. Do anyone know why this is the case?
This man just said the same thing 3 times, work the left more than right
No scientist but for just for general area of the muscle groups in the arm-did arm curls &....flexors sublimis, ulnaris, radialis, & digitorum are so sore just one side of my body from lifting (machine light weights)--I don't get why?
Tylenol is temporary, will deep tissue painful) massage work or avoid arm curls for a week?
I've been doing all of these for years and it may have helped but it hasn't corrected anything. And before you get into the dirtier details of specific activities trust I have made the adjustment there as well. No change. I could do the same number of reps with both arms and my right would be able to do it with probably 10lbs more than my left. Time to start hitting the left with more regular work to see how it responds. Probably will try curling every other day.
They's were my question is can i do more in my right if my right is able ? & Vice versa ?
My left arm is very weak compared to the right. To the point I could easily do a lot of reps with right while left just decides it will not bend anymore. I am worried
The only problem i have in my left arm is my left wrist the nerve does give out more frequently than my right hand or wrist while holding the dumbell
Hi I have strong left arm but on other hand a not equally strong right arm. I'm a lefty. I workout with my 30lb dumbbell everyday.
I do 30 reps total a day. 15 reps in the morning and 15 reps at night. Do I need to upgrade a 35lb dumbbell or do more reps with my right arm?
Thanks for the tips!

I have Cerebral palsy that only affects my right side. My left side is Significantly stronger. For two reasons . I’m naturally left handed as well as the CP. I just started lifting weights and my left side can lift double what my right can . So do I train with even weight across both sides? Or lift what both sides can take?
My arms when doing push-ups
Left arm: well this isn't that bad
Right arm: THAT'S BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T DONE JACK SHIT!

Bro my right arm is operated and i am also left hander what can i do
soo i have a qustion.
one of my friend wanted to start lifting dumbbells, but his body is very weak.
he can only do 3 sets of 8 reps bicep curls with 5kg of weight on his right arm. on the left, he couldn't even lift the dumbell once.
so i suggested that he should go on lower weights. the only possible weight he can go below 5kg is 2.5 (1.25 on the left anf 1.25 on the right side).
but 2.5 is too light for 1 arm, while 5 is too much. is there any way i could help him?
I played a sport where I *lot* of throwing, so my right arm and shoulders are bigger and stronger than my left. Also for some reason my left leg is weaker than my right I don't know why. I'll try the stuff in the vid, thanks
Hi, bit late to the video! Both my arms can lift the same weight, so they have the same strength, but is there any way to make them both the same size? I find when I tense them, my right arm is much more visible whereas my left arm barely looks any different to when it’s flaccid.
When I lift dumbbell with each side of the hand they get numb after 10 reps but after I rest my arm for a min I can lift for another 5reps but my other hand completely give out...I can’t lift it at all like it gives off a tingling sensation and I can’t muster strength on my arms like something is restraining it from doing so...is this normal?
I do boxing and my right arm is smaller than the left which is weird because my right arm is my strong arm, is this because I throw my left more than the right?
It's being 3 days my right arm fell so weaker
