Thank you very much, Nicole 🙌👍 Can you explain or refer to your other video on how do we tackle Refunds & Returns in Wix and the dropshinping? Tried to find information on this but non. All this sounds very nice and interesting. I am about to open my Food topic website with Wix and have the option to add dropshipping with my plant and was thinking why not but want to know how should I tackle the downsides of the thing. Thank you, Andrey ✌👍
Great video thanks💙 I will be drop shipping and selling my own t shirts. Just to double check do I definitely need an 'ecommerce plan' with Wix as I thought the payment transaction side would be done at the other end with whatever selling you were linked with? ie aliexpress, printify etc
The modalyst app plugs in to wix e-commerce stores so even though the transaction is done elsewhere, the store feature still needs to be used and therefore you need an e-commerce plan.
your video is so informative and awesome very easy to follow thanks I just subscribed, but can u also do this with aliexpress as well like any videos for this with aliexpress?thanks
Do I have to contact the supplier? I didn’t watch the whole video but I just wanna ask you this question. What should I do when I got an order? Is there any “contacting the supplier” necessary? And what if a customer receives a product that is broken? Do I have to pay for it? Or modalyst will take care of it? Thank you so so so muchh❤️
If you’re not willing to do a LOT of research, then you’re not ready to open a dropshipping store. You can watch videos on x2 speed to help you get through them faster. Hope that’s helps!
@@NicoleHerrickDIY no no, I was in a car so I didn't have enough space but I think it is a custom question. The other videos are saying that you have to contact the supplier. Do I have to do that with modelyst? Or they’ll take care of it. I just have to sell it and they already know that?

@@rune7066 ohh wait sorry, I’m wrong. It says you need to pay the supplier before they will fulfill the order. I thought the point of modalyst was to do that part for you. It looks like a very simple process though. The click of a few buttons within the app. Here’s some more detailed info on that process. support.wix.com/en/article/wix-stores-fulfilling-modalyst-orders
Hi, I have a question, I just got thru looking at your video. I am looking to build my website with WiX dropshipping, I don't have any personal thing's to sell, Will I be able to sell with WIX Through Their Dropshipping.
Yes, that’s what dropshipping is all about. Selling other people’s products and they ship out the product for you. So you never have to buy or store any stock.
Apparently you have to manually press a button (just in the app on your phone or computer) to send the order to the supplier. It then sends the suppliers cut and the shipping amount to the supplier and you keep your cut minus the modalyst transaction fee (2-5%)
I’m not 100% sure as I haven’t set up a dropshipping store but from other similar platforms, you generally add your bank account and PayPal account to your modalyst account. The buyer pays in to your account. You then have to press pay now to pay the supplier their cuts and you keep the rest. You will also get charged either a 5% or 2% transaction fee from modalyst plus they have a monthly fee if you’re not on the basic free plan.
I did ask Modalyst via their online chat if I needed to pay for a plan before I could see the high end brands but they didn’t answer my question. You can look through all the plan pricing options though if that’s what you meant.
You’re welcome. Yes I think that’s a great niche. Have a look on Ali express as well, you can plug this in to Modalyst. They have a great range of adult toys. Or so I’ve heard 😉
Can someone help me please? I want to know if a person buys two different items from my store that are sold from separate suppliers with it be shipped together if i'm using Modalyst?
@@NicoleHerrickDIY Thank you so much, this helped a lot :) Thats means if they are shipped from the same supplier then the customer won't have to pay separate shipping fees? Hope you reply, even if you don't, you got a new subscriber :)
@@inspireocitycommunity1786 you can set up your pricing so that everything on your site is free shipping and the cost is included in the product prices.

Hi, no you can use the free Modalyst version if you want. It just has less access to products.
