It looks delicious and soo good but I have to say as it is french patisserie the level of detail to perfection was sometimes neglected e.g. apple seeds left inside, uneven cream shapes and also as your title says it right, it's Mille-Feuille, not as they labeled it "strudel", which is something totally different. So I'm really curious about their patisserie background where they've learnt their craftmanship
