- Paul Massey (7 January 1960 - 26 July 2015) was an English organised crime figure and Salford-based businessman. He was shot dead outside his home by Mark Fellows on 26 July 2015.

If you’re involved in organised crime which Fellows must’ve been involved somehow I’d imagine but, if you’re involved in in that life and someone makes a threat against you and your family then really, can you blame the guy, if a guy with the name Mr Big and he’s a well known guy who is capable of doing something nasty to you and your family then you’d be quite stupid if you didn’t act on it first, so really I don’t blame Fellows to be totally honest with you.
Mate I’ve only just found your podcast, and I think it’s a very interesting podcast with some very interesting videos to watch.
If I’m totally honest with you I don’t really know much about organised crime in the north of England, well come to think about it, I don’t know a great deal about organised crime in the south of England either but, I have researched organised crime in America for over 40 years now so, over the years I have learnt some idea about how it all works buddy, the most obvious thing I’ve learnt over the years and I don’t mean any disrespect to anyone when I say this but, the most obvious thing I’ve learnt is that, there is always somebody, who is waiting and is prepared to take your place, and when you weigh it all up, there’s absolutely no winners in this case whatsoever everyone has lost buddy.

If you are interested in American organised crime (as I am too) you should look into British organised crime stories. Just as interesting as America and right on our shores.
Maybe a lot more "underground" and hard to research than America tho.

Enjoyed this , came across your channel watched the Noonans first, I'm from Salford so heard all the tales about these fellas , but i definitely think paul was the better man he was a real life robin hood he took care of his own in Salford...its ashsme the way he died. 😕...keep up the good videos , i subscribed 🙂👍

@@JME-TVcome on JME TV lad you don't sound thick in the video so U can't believe someone sprayed him with a Mac 10 for mediating? Fellows believed his life was at risk from Massey and the information seems to be Massey was aligned with the "A Team" who shot Fellows?
This "mediator" story was nonsense put out into the media probably by Massey's friends and family but it makes zero sense when you review the entire course of these events in Salford at the time.
I was living in Manny back then and paid close attention to this case from the start.
