Ecotec Boiler no hotwater instead radiators heating - plumber West Hampstead

Cliant is claiming that due to circulation problem they've got the system power flushed and now the boiler is insane. When the hot water is asked.. it heats the radiators. When nothing is asked.. boiler is still burning gas with C on the display. ..And the answer my friend.. is showing in the Boiler manual. The C is that the boiler has been set to Comfort.. so turn that off and the boiler will not come without asking.

Easy to blame pipework than rubbish design of plastic components.

Hey, Does this boiler not have a timer function? I've just moved into a new house and this is the boiler they have. we have no problems with hot water or radiators but we can't find any form of time function available. Am I missing something really obvious or do I have to buy an accessory to enable a timer?
