First time seeing your videos. In almost 70 years old. Ive been in my apartment for almost 8 years. I moved frim a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment 12 1/2 hours frim each other! Never once did it occur to me to use storage bags ibstead of boxes! Im currentky taking a break from cleaning. (And i watch someone else clean). Going from room to room removing all wall decor, cleaning walls and decor. Getting ready to start on the kitchen. Ugh Im hoping to see some plants on the balcony later. Oh and that matress is a no go for me. I don't know what I'd do with it, but sleeping on it is definitely out. Looking forward to seeing your progress. Peace, Love & Happiness!

15k for a 2br in MM, htat is an absolute steal! Tho i guess baka mahirap location (i only look at ones na accessible sa mrt huhu) but the unit looks very clean and pretty airy so that's great. I have a question for all the renters, if there's a bed or other furniture in the unit, can I swap it out for my own? Can I ask the owner to store their furniture or do i have to take their furniture and store it myself?
the location is ok for me since it’s near everywhere i need to be + accessible enough via grab, etc. (also bcos i just work from home) regarding pulling out furniture from a rental unit, it ultimately depends on your agreement with your landlord :) hope that helps!
