Thanks for that. The Roofrack on my new Defender is not looking good so was thinking of taking it apart raptor coating it. The Sealy unit looks good and the process is a lot easier than I thought. 👍
I contemplated doing my defender in raptor but decided against it, it looks ok on the disco but personally I'd have used vinyl first then raptored that, then if you change your mind it's easy to remove
The arches look great. I wanted to hide the fact that I was using Raptor when I painted my whole bobtail, so I used fine foam rollers. They're a pain but it worked pretty well, it isn't immediately obvious that it's Raptor. It was over old black paint so that helped.
Quite a decent looking sprayer when your talking percentages are you talking about thinning just the raptor or the raptor and hardener combined If you use this stuff again I'd be interested to see the outcome using a gloss roller I think that would give a finish like the wheel arches maybe 👌🏽

Looks ok, the sprayer performed better than I thought it would.
Did my disco 2 arches with raptor and a spray gun, they turned out well
Suits the look of the car 😎
Looks bloody awful.
Lol

To each his own! 👋
Cheers 🍻 🇺🇸
“Too hot -20 degrees? Lol. 🙈🙏🦘
Did you painted straight on the lacquer?
Yes, but keyed it first with some scotch pads
Many thanks. Will work if > paint the entire car with raptor. S3 8pa 5 door. @@LRLiveUK
I personally would have just painted the center of the bonnet, but it shows the versatility of this product.

Spot on for the arches, etc. I think if I'd seen someone about to do that to thier bonnet though I'd have tried to stop them... 😂
So Ive bought the very same Sealey spray solution to try and test with before painting my Expo Trailer. Any tips before digging in??

It's 20% of the Raptor before hardener, so about 180ml but the measuring cup has it marked which is useful. But then I did another 10% more thinners.
Looks awesome well done..
Thank you! Cheers!
