Great video- love the day in the life series... Btw, Baltimore Blast have been around 40 years. They played in some 6 a side matches in England in 90s v Oldham and Sheffield Wednesday. In fact they even played against Eric Cantona - his only appearance for Wednesday as a trialist!

big fan of your training videos and didnt even know you play in the MASL! Currently coach a youth club team under coach Pat in Baltimore and try to use your videos in some of our training! Hey Michael you look cool mate. Loving your content. Can you do a step by step video or some advice on warm up I can do for my 12 and 15 year olds for game day before we leave home all local games usually. We do have bands, foam roller and a muscle gun. Thanks man.
Thanks mate. I would say don’t overcomplicate the warm up, just light movements and dynamic stretches that increase in intensity gradually to get blood flow around the body and lubricate the joints . I’ve shown my personal warm up in most of my individual training sessions if you’re interested in having a look at what I do 👍👍

I would recommend a 9 year old to spend as much time with the ball as possible, just enjoying the game and falling in love with it.
Making training overly structured at too young of an age can make the player lose enthusiasm.

It comes through experience mate. The more you play the game, the more it makes sense and your decision making improves. Just be patient and play as much as you can 👍

On match days, if you could summarize quick as to what you eat on day like this ..Id figure your macros would obviously be way different then mines, yet what would you recommend keeping it, light wit the right foods or use the same plan we use during weeks training
