Hey Michael can you include some Warm down or Cool down exercises that are done at the end of a training session in your Next video ? I've been alone quite for some time and I still don't know how to end the session properly , if this keeps up I think I get can caught up on injuries pretty frequently

Just found your videos, love seeing behind the scenes and game footage for MASL. I tried out for Dallas and St Louis this year but didnt make it. I plan on trying out for me teams next season.
Unlucky with the result but that looks like such a sick life, flying out, having a solid time at the hotel, playing a match and then traveling back home again to focus on the next one. What dreams are made of 🤝

Hi Mike, I'm coaching my sons u8 indoor team. They play 6v6 and the field is about the size of the field you play on. With them still being young, we play a basic 2-2-2. Do you have any ideas on how I can use ALL the open space on the field? They're pretty small and while I stress trying to switch the field into all the open space, positioning and bunching up, and transitioning is still a problem.

Hey Micael, awesome video you've posted which I find beneficial. I wanted to ask a question based on training schedule. So, I"m currently in the middle of the school year and also currently I'm not on team due to previous injury, but how should I schedule my soccer trainings during the week? For example, should a schedule be 4 days of soccer training, 1 day of upper or lower body workout, and 1 day of recovery session? I just want to know from you what should a training schedule be for someone currently not in a team and looking to improve on their weaknesses. I would like to get your opinion and thank you.

Usually together mate. It depends on the club, but from my experience it’s usually twice per week during season, 3 times per week in off season.

How's the speed of play in indoor football
It’s very quick. Takes some getting used to, but I find it really helps my outdoor game after playing for months in tight spaces having to make quick decisions, then transitioning to the outdoor game.
