With the bassinet attached, did you feel like the bassinet was level? I saw this locally in person and was 99.9% sure I was going to purchase… but they put the bassinet on and it was on a slight incline, not perfectly flat. Curious to know if you find yours to assemble flat or if the slight incline isn’t a worry/problem. Thank you for perfect review!! So excited for the comparison video!
I'm so ready for the comparison video. I'm so curious as to why the reef 2 is pretty much more expensive than this? It's soooo frustrating 😒 Thanks for you great videos!!
Is there a way to secure the infant in the bassinet? I love the idea of a bassinet but I haven't ever seen one where the child is safely secured. I worry if I hit a curb wrong or if someone ran into the bassinet, the baby could fly out or be jostled badly. Otherwise, I am absolutely IN LOVE with how this review shows that there is SO MUCH that is included right out of the box. I especially like the interchangeable bars and canopies. The other question is, in the 2 toddler seat configuration, can they both face parents versus the world?
@@xag3720 the baby isn't strapped into the bassinet but it's pretty deep. I'd say probably 9-10 inches deep so flying out is pretty much an impossibility. Most bassinets don't have straps the only one I can think of that does is the one for the Valco Trend Duo and that is a little waist strap which doesn't strike me as needed or particularly functional. And the other question yes they can both face parents as well as out to the world. Thanks :)
I’ve watched a ton of reviews on strollers and these are by far the most informative and actually help make decisions, these videos should have way more views
Machine washable seat components, an extra seat liner available for purchase, rubber tires and suspension were the last things on my list I was curious about. I know I asked a lot already though so sorry to bug you. If you happen to know those last details that would be lovely.
Yay!!!! I am going to look at this in person today but am 99.9% sure we will be buying it today. Thank you so much for this detailed review. I am hoping the wheels are rubber, but nonetheless it meets the exhaustive list of other things I wanted in a stroller. Yippee!!
Awesome video, Gina! (as always...) Question, please: We are strongly considering the Wave 3, but aren't too excited with the color choices. We much prefer colors on the Wave 2. Would we be foolish to go with a Wave 2? What would be missing out on between the two? Are there major differences between the 2 and 3, or are they the same only slightly updated? Or, is this a major update/overhaul to the overall design that phases out the 2 completely? Appreciate your time.
The biggest difference is the inclusion of the 2nd seat. So in the older model when you bought the 2nd seat separately it included a liner, harness pads, a canopy, and a front bar. On the wave 3 you are trading those pieces around depending on how you use the stroller. If I had twins this would matter to me more than children of two different ages. I am still checking on ordering those components separately if you did want them but currently do not have pricing on that. The frame design is the same but has less silver cross badges and flash as that adds to cost on the product. So wave 2 has more flash in some ways. Thanks for watching :)
@@destinationbabykids appreciate the response. So in essence, if i go with a Wave 2, i can still utilize Wave 3 options, correct? (Like the potential wagon insert that might be coming next year) Or, in other words, there is nothing i couldn't do with a Wave 2 that a Wave 3 cannot do... i hope ;-)
It should be. It uses the maxi cosi adapters and based on what I can see on Britax Australia I would venture to guess it would work. Thanks so much for watching!

Just wanted to say thank for your videos. Very helpful to new parents to be.

How does it fold?

Also is the toddler seat a rethread or non-rethread design in the wave 3?
@@xag3720 no rethread. :)

Does your bigger kid need to go in the top seat?
Can you have 2 bassinets for twins?
@@kh99004 yes! You purchase an additional bassinet for twins.

@@jaypomykala Not that I am aware of but I would reach out directly to silvercross US for the most accurate information.
Is it compatible with the britax bpod car seat??

the fold sucks
