If not the UK, then you must be referring to the US selling Blackhawk helicopters to China in the 80s. If not China, then you must be referring to the US building an M1 tank factory in Egypt while they violated humanitarian laws against Coptic Christians. If not Egypt, then you must be referring to the TOW missiles that the US sold to Iran in the 80s. If not Iran, then you must be referring to the billions in weapons that the US gifted to the Taliban in Afghanistan. How much more ridicule would you like, Sir?

Under US law it is illegal to provide weapons to a country found to be in violation of International Humanitarian Law and the Leahy Act.
