I like the way inspector Happy said to Barry. What are you doing (as if Barry was trying to be funny) do maths times tables. He didn't realise Barry was very thick.😂😂
The inspector looks like Sam Waldron from Postman Pat with his toothbrush moustache while Paul looks like Ted Glen and Barry looks like Alf Thompson 😂😂😂😂
Shame they couldn't get Stephen Lewis (Aka Inspector Blake) to play the part of Inspector Happy in this episode but the actor who plays him is just as funny. I have been involved with the installation of new bus stops before as part of my job so the bit where Paul and Barry mention putting out loads of bus stops makes me laugh. Its definitely not as simple as just sticking a bus stop anywhere one desires. In addition unless Paul and Barry were not charging passengers for their bus service they would have had to have registered it with the traffic commissioner first. Bit of transport geekery there for you.
Inspector Happy is basically a Welsh version of Blakey from On the buses.
Damn you beat me to it!
I bet you think you're really clever?

Why does the bus conductor look like Hitler lmao?
It's his grandson.
It’s a parody of Blakey from the sitcom “On The Buses”.

Fun fact not sure if you know this or not but the guy who plays him is actually the writer for this episode.
Apparently according to Paul, they were going to but Stephen Lewis was ill so wasn't able to accept the part.
Who don't love a Blakey lookalike from On The Buses? XD
Inspector Happy sounds like Battery Sergeant Major Williams from It Ain't Half Hot Mum
I don't think Inspector Happy is well named do you
Inspector Happy makes a small appearance in the season 14 episode called All Clued Up
