Im not fan of people wishing death and injury or getting enjoyment out of someones mishap that was caught on camera. Majority of these guys are skilled and will take a spill every once and a while. No doubt there are guys that show up to these kinda rides with zero practice and try and chase shit out and crash and are a danger to everyone

This is you right? Maybe give yourself time to learn to ride. It is clearly visible that you are a beginner by your hand movements. Smooth inputs on the controls not jerking the throttle and brakes. Wear gear and practice more advanced techniques once the base of riding is well acquired

Some places you can! As long as you got lights, turn signals, and all the proper stuff you can get it registered. (As far as i know. You can register them where i am, but it could be different for different states)
