Yes you can carry your luggage in metro. You can take both but metro is much cheaper and well connected from airport to the city

If you look for return flights you will easily find the options of long layover flights … you have to basically see the time of landing and does it give you enough time to go and visit the city before your next flight.

Hi, I'm planning for Phillipines and Singapore through Singapore multiple entry visa.
But I don't want to stay in Singapore. My flight (India to Phillipines) has 21 hours layover in Singapore.
Can I explore Singapore without staying there in that time ?
I'm asking all this questions because of my visa is Singapore multiple entry visa which will provide Phillipines visa on arrival for 14 days.
But I don't want to stay there in Singapore. Only I want to explore through the layover time.

Yes you can, my Singapore in 24 hours video could help you in your 21 hours layover. If you have a valid visa of Singapore you can explore it and you can always come back to the airport instead of booking a hotel. Hope this helps ☺️☺️

Hi no you cannot go outside without a Singapore visa.. you can either apply for a tourist visa or you can have a free transit visa only if you have a long term visa of specific countries like USA , Australia , Europe etc
