No? Lips have these lines when you look close. This is made bigger and it highlighted those details. These lips are normal.
That's why u draw this in black and white and a chapstick in color pencils and hang them next to each other

If u look at the shading at 2:49, im wondering how you get that stippling affect with your pencil??? (The little dark dots or short lines) if you look closely those little dark dots/lines are everywhere .. when i blend i never get that affect...why??? Is my paper too smooth?

I used to do all of this with a regular number two pencil, because I couldn't afford all these fancy art supplies! But this is internet at its best; should have more of these.
