It's very rare to naturally find viewers on twitch, people don't often explore 0 view channels. Best way is to make youtube videos that generate interested, RUclips is way better in showing your content to other people.

Seriously, even Phone games can get more viewers than wow in general, unless you already have a high viewership or youre friends with someone famous, you wont go anywhere even if you stream for years.
