For anyone who is watching this and doesn't understand why he is just running around at full health with all of his cooldowns are up, he is waiting for dampeners. As arena matches progress, healing dampeners increase through out arenas as time passes. That means that near the end of the match, it can get to the point where you basically cant heal at all. No healing is great for rouges as you can run in and wreak people.

I've seen this exact thing happen to so many people over the years, terrible players roll some fotm comp or even pay for their rating and suddenly act like the best players of all time, was always good to bring them back to reality.
Except that from what I recall spriest/restoshaman wasnt OP back in legion. Only mediocre. Hpala/spriest was far more OP since u had 1 more CC added to your kit > Rep,Fear,Silence>Stun. What I recall being OP in Legion was DH/Healer, FrostDK/Healer. Basically unhealable damage.
@@Icicleyo I can confirm, Frost DK was broke in Legion. I rolled one in WoD, and played 2v2 in arena with a priest friend who was 1/2 decent in Legion. Being inexperience with a DK, and just an alt etc, we still did very well, there were some tough fights, but even playing only a couple of times a week, still got quite high. And I wouldn't even call myself a good DK player, not even close to 1/10 as good as Pshero is on his rogue. Pretty sure PShero would have had 0 trouble deleting us both 1v2.

Dampening shouldn't be (necessary) in the game. You can't hate on the man using the mechanics that'll benefit his chances to win. Hiding for 10 minutes is how he should play to win in this situation. The fact that the game works like this isn't his fault. Blizzard basically needs to fix Wow.

dampening was 87% when he 1st attacked the priest. so it was around 95%+ when shaman was trying to ress, so yeah he would never even get his HP above 50%.
